DO NOT RECOMMEND this new location, Ordered my usual Soda and They gave me a brown drink and said they can't remake it. That's the best they can do, never had this problem before at DUTCH BROS,they used to have the best customer service what happen?.....1st and last time trying this location.

I like dutch and I understand the want to give the customer their drinks when ready but why give me my drinks when there's 4 cars ahead of me, I'm stuck in a line with no way out, i still need to wait no matter when I got those drinks. By the time I'm out of the line the drink is half way gone. Atleast wait till there's a way out.

Whether a drink is good or not honestly depends on its color and who makes it. I go once or twice a week, and sometimes I even go back-to-back, but the drinks aren’t very flavorful most of the time. Still, when I do get that one amazing drink, it’s what keeps me coming back. Unfortunately, I’ve never had an iced coffee that actually tastes good. They’re usually watered down or taste like milky, dirty water. I’m hoping that this year I’ll finally find a coffee I enjoy—one that actually tastes good and lives up to the hype.

While there’s a line in drive thru and people inside I saw about 6 employees just standing in a circle drinking coffee laughing and dancing while one girl running around making drinks… and the line moving slow if they on break have them go in the break room the customer have to get to work and they just chilling.
