I like dutch and I understand the want to give the customer their drinks when ready but why give me my drinks when there's 4 cars ahead of me, I'm stuck in a line with no way out, i still need to wait no matter when I got those drinks. By the time I'm out of the line the drink is half way gone. Atleast wait till there's a way out.
Whether a drink is good or not honestly depends on its color and who makes it. I go once or twice a week, and sometimes I even go back-to-back, but the drinks aren’t very flavorful most of the time. Still, when I do get that one amazing drink, it’s what keeps me coming back. Unfortunately, I’ve never had an iced coffee that actually tastes good. While there’s a line in drive thru and people inside I saw about 6 employees just standing in a circle drinking coffee laughing and dancing while one girl running around making drinks… and the line moving slow if they on break have them go in the break room the customer have to get to work and they just chilling.
