It was my first time here at this Chinese restaurant, and It did not disappoint. food was good. My Mongolian beef was so tender it was very good. Also, my wife's orange chicken dish was absolutely perfect ??definitely coming back.

Came here for a spur-of-the-moment Sunday dinner and everyone enjoyed it. It is a small little restaurant but it offers great family style dinning. The staff are friendly and we were seated very quickly. The family style dining easily fed our little family of three with some leftovers. Definitely recommend this charming little spot. Also we all loved the little Chinese Zodiac Sign placemats!

today I had a bad experience in the restaurant. I had never felt so discriminated in my life. me and my family went for my birthday dinner the waitress that work there at night gave us bad service, she would talk to us bad, toss our food at the table, gives us bad look to me and my family. She was friendly towards everyone expect my family. The waitress needs to change her attitude.

Was soo looking forward to Chinese tonight but this was horrible. Found a hair immediately after taking a bite of weird fried combination rice. Potstickers had cabbage and very doughy and was scared to tried the rest. Disappointed as I typically love this place at lunch in previous visits a few years ago.

Very low key but the service and food quality is outstanding. So glad we found this restaurant. We used to be loyal to another takeout but it was sold to another group. The quality and flavor changed very noticeably.

All so very tasty along with outstanding service. For the last couple months a friend has kept mentioning lunch here at China Bistro today was the day and can't say enough good about it all. It was like a flashback, many years ago my hubby & I came here often. We arrived just after big lunch crowd & soon enough before they close at 2:30 until 4:00. Friend had the lunch Kung Pao Chicken she enjoyed every little bit of it. There were many red peppers throughout for that added heat. Today my choice was the Lunch Cashew Chicken, my mouth won't stop watering. We both chose the Egg Drop Soup, yummy and served at perfect temperature. The Cashew Chicken sauce is indescribable was like fresh & soothing (can you call a food soothing? I just did). Portioned my plate to have some to take home for a few bites in the evening. Service our server was so sweet & accommodating. Honestly think I'll go back again this week. Make sure you check the hours it is closed 2:30-4;00 they do take takeout orders. Highly recommend this wonderful establishment. Eat & support local.

We normally like this restaurant but tonight we received:1. food that was not packaged like it normally is. The chicken and bean sprouts in gravy was in a To go box ? instead of a plastic container so our bag and all other boxes were soaked in gravy. (See picture)2. The pan friend noodles were literally dripping in oil. There was so much oil on them there was a puddle of oil left in the box after I took the noodles out of it. (See picture)3. The chicken we received had a sour taste, I’m hoping my family doesn’t get sick from it. It tasted very off from the way it normally does.

Had a relaxing dinner here to end the week. Most people were getting takeout, but we decided to eat inside. Food was good, service even better - thank you Jasmine! Prices are reasonable.

Ordered through door dash and there was a piece of hair on the side of my plate next to the cabbage

My review will be based on gluten free food. I really appreciate this place for offering GF fried rice and GF chow fun. I am extremely . sensitive to gluten (I am even sensitive to cross contamination), and I missed Chinese food, thankfully EMW bistro has fixed that. I’ve ate from here 10 times to give the most honest opinion. They will carefully write down GF on the take out packaging. The GF fried rice and GF chow fun are 95% similar to the regular stuff which is AMAZING. Because something GF replacement items aren’t half as good as the regular food. I have ate there multiple times, I have NOT had any adverse reactions. Now I know many people use PF CHANGS for their GF Chinese food “fix” but EMW is much more authentic tasting. (GF FRIED RICE AND CHOW FUN).Now I know this review won’t help the average customer. I apologize. This is meant for those who suffer from gluten sensitivity. My only request, would be to offer GF soy sauce, not a big deal though, I’m still a loyal customer.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

If you’re gluten free, you’ve gotta try this place! I was so happy to find gluten free Chinese food, and they did not disappoint. They can make most of their dishes gluten free. I will definitely be back! The staff was super helpful, and the food was amazing!

Love this place it's been ages since I have been able to have Chinese food with my gluten intolerance. They can make most items on their menu glutenfree and it tastes great. There portions are also very generous and I usually have enough to take home for a second meal.

TLDR: Bland and overcooked. My measure of any Chinese-American takeout joint is always sweet-and-sour pork. There's a few reasons for this. First, pork is easy to overcook and make tough, so it takes some proper technique to get tender pork with a crispy exterior. Second, the sauce is a good way to judge flavor. Too sweet? Too tangy? The sauce will tell you if they are actually tasting their food or just throwing canned ingredients in. Lastly, the freshness of the preparation. If the dish is sitting too long, the sauce will inevitably destroy the crispy exterior of the pork. So if you get it and everything's falling apart, you know it was sitting around far too long. Most places fail one or two of these judging points. Rarely do they get all three right. Even more rarely do I come across an establishment that manages to do all three wrong. The meat was chewy and turned granular as overcooked pork does. The sauce is in the same league of taste as off-brand ketchup. And, of course, the entire thing was a congealed mess lacking any texture but "soggy" by the time it was delivered (which was, much to the delivery folks' good work, 12 minutes after pickup, well within a reasonable serving time.)
