Purchased a banana nut cake with banana nut buttercream icing. It was absolutely disgusting the cake was old and dry. Definitely the frosting is not buttercream if so it's mixed with Crisco. Never again will I buy a cake here close to 40 bucks down the drain, or should I say in the garbage can. The cake as you can see in the pictures weighed just a hair under 6 lb. Absolutely gross flavor.

I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday. When I picked it up it was an absolutely cute cake on the outside. The decoration was exactly what we wanted. However, when we cut into the cake it had a gaping hole on one side and it crumbled apart and dry. It was weird like the cake had baked with a giant airbubble on the side I cut into. So we took the cake back to show them and they blamed us for making the hole; Saying we used the wrong knife. All my other cakes that I've ordered from eddies have been amazing and I've ordered from them since my kids were babies. I felt attacked and I'm not sure I will be going to them again after the embarrassment they made us feel. Were Christian and we don't do those kinds of things so its very disheartening after I spent $88 on a small cake and left a tip for the baker. I believe in taking care of those who take care of you. It was disappointing to say the least. I'll attach a photo and you can clearly see the hole they blamed on us, utterly humiliating.

I'm coming from out of town to get a cake and trying to call to see what is available. It said I was the only one on the line in the queue and they had me on hold for so long. Eventually I just had to hang up. No excuse not to answer your phone for a simple question.

Ordered a grilled chicken salad $10.95 during lunch was told a few minutes wait at approximately 1230. Around 1250 approached the counter and asked cook how much longer & was told “there are tickets ahead of you, they didn’t tell you a 20min wait” I answered yes that was about 20min ago. I waited another 10 min and approached the counter again to inform them I had to take coworker back & I would be back to pick up my salad. I picked up my salad at 108 and returned to work. We so very dissatisfied with the food and the cook. All the other staff was wonderful.
So I preordered rolls and this is what I picked up….the other rolls my sister brought from out of town…these are ridiculous for the price. Don’t get Parker rolls your local market are fine. Even the flavor did not make them worth it.

We ordered our wedding cake from Eddie's bakery and it was amazing. The bakery was over three hours away from us, but they handled everything in one visit almost a year in advance. Our cake came out amazing. It was so delicious. All three tiers received so many compliments from all our guests. A huge thank you for all your hard work and storing my large cake topper for so long. 😁

I love Eddie's cake. I always just get the ready to go cake but decided to do a custom cake because my daughter wanted a unicorn theme.
I really love their cake but I was a bit disappointed in my design. I wanted a small cake so ordered the smallest size. I was hoping that they could recreate as close to the picture but I was disappointed when I finally saw the cake.
The cake was still nice but the colors just didn't match. There was too much blue and green not enough pink. Can't really see the transition of the ombre color. I did like that the color looked metallic.
