Customer service at the door could you some improvement took awhile to be seated even though we had reservations however a waiter and waitress were excellent

They've gone down hill quite a bit in recent months. Food quality has taken a dip, and so has the service. The only that goes up is the price!

Besides not being able to get survive after they give you food the hostess has attitude as if hasn’t gotten laid in months, which explains her attitude I guess. Kept on asking to get some assistance but didn’t happened. To top it off we didn’t even get our

*2024 Update. Sadly, this place has just gone downhill. They have no standards in place anymore. Shrimp were not cleaned properly (visible poop thread, left in place in multiple shrimp, yes look at pics lol), scallops were raw, chicken was dry and tough, fliets were chewy.Chef was 100% drunk or on something and not in a fun way. Almost fell forward when serving food to table, dropped hot dripping on Son's hand while attempting to place food on well positioned plate. Was throwing things around his little station from the beginning of service... didn't talk to anyone at all, except at the end when he randomly started stating various rap artists' names and then stared at us, as if we understood the convo he was having alone in his head. It was weird, and now we are DONE with Edo-ya.Say NO to dirty shrimp!It's always a great family experience, but it's definitely not as good as it was a few years ago... they put Bacon in the fried rice, so we keep coming back ?

@11:27am called to dine in rep stated no reservation needed. 15 minutes later walked in the door asking for my sister and nieces. Rep I don’t see any of those names. I stated she called to make reservations. I said oh here she come. My sister stated 3 adults 3 kids. @11:45 the Rep now states oh we’re booked and full you have to make a reservation by 11:40am. Horrible service, poor, and conflicting communication. My family and I have been dining for years. I was supposed to join some co-workers on Tuesday. Called my peers will not be supporting unprofessional or disrespectful service from any establishment.
Absolutely one of the best sushi places in town. I highly recommend it.

Like everything else, prices did increase slightly, the lunch specials are still the cheaper option. But the chefs are great and the food is always amazing.
Food is delicious and there was no wait time or line which was great and we got our food in under 15 minutes I will be coming here more
