Very good service, though the coffee options were lacking. Thre was only 4-6 oz of lukewarm darkroast so I had to get an inferior roast.

The owner/manager is to blame for this. This location currently has no trained employees and that severely impacted the experience - along with +10 other concurrent customers waiting for their orders. With a staff of +5 it took over half an hour for a bagel.
“The system was down”…That’s unacceptable. First and last visit.

I was excited to try the new Einstein Bros Bagels spot in Fresno today, but honestly, it was disappointing from the start. The bagels were nothing special.. kind of dry and lacking flavor. The staff seemed really unorganized and not very attentive, like no one really had it together behind the counter. My coffee was also watery and not worth the price.

Overall, the whole experience just felt off. I really wanted to like it, but I’ll be sticking with Uncle Harry’s, where the bagels actually taste fresh and service is spot on.

This was my first time ever having Einsteins. The staff member who took my order was friendly. I ordered the “All-Nighter” breakfast sandwich and it was pretty loaded and tasty. It didn’t come out hot, just warm, but that wasn’t a big deal to me. The restaurant is nice, but the walls are oddly bare. Hopefully they add some kind of decorations in the future. The price was pretty good and comparable to other restaurants. It wasn’t my favorite place, but I’d go back.

I ordered a chorizo sunrise with a twice baked hash brown, and I added on a small coffee when I arrived in store because I liked the selection they had available. They did forget my hash brown , BUT when I went back to ask for it, the associate was extremely polite and apologized and immediately put a hash brown to cook for me. Mistakes happen, but it’s how one reacts to them that matters, and they were super quick to remedy the error. I really appreciated that. I also appreciate how they wrap the breakfast bagel sandwich with foil first. The sandwich itself was really good, as was my hash brown. The chorizo and jalapeño cream cheese have the slightest amount of heat to it that makes it perfect for the morning. The hash brown came out nice and crispy and has a fresh, and savory taste. I will be going back to this establishment and look forward to trying the other options their menu has!

Bought 2 boxes of bagels for our team. Bagels were cut SO UNEVENLY it was actually hilarious (we got a good laugh). And one bagel had a hair. Do long haired workers put hairnets on? Heard too many mess ups are happening here since they opened. I’m hoping they get it together because I want to keep coming. And yes, we threw that bagel with the hair away.

I recently tried the brisket bagel from Einstein Bros, hoping it would be a convenient alternative to my usual favorite from Uncle Henry’s New York Bagelry on First & Herndon. At Uncle Henry’s, the brisket bagel is loaded with juicy, flavorful slices of brisket — every bite is savory and delicious, easily an 8/10 in my book. Since I work downtown, I thought grabbing a similar bagel closer to the office would save me time. Unfortunately, Einstein’s version didn’t measure up. The brisket had more of a pulled pork consistency — and not in a good way. It was dry, lacking any of that mouthwatering brisket juice that makes the sandwich worth ordering. I know what you’re thinking: who doesn’t love pulled pork? But this just wasn’t it. Honestly, I’d give it a 3/10. That said, the service was phenomenal. A young woman at the register handled the busy rush with total professionalism and a great attitude. She didn’t seem annoyed when I said it was my first visit and even offered helpful recommendations. Huge kudos to her! One more thing to note — for those of us with limited break time, standing in line just isn’t practical. I tried to use the “order ahead” feature, only to find out this location doesn’t offer it yet, which was disappointing. Until that’s available, I probably won’t be back. Still, I see potential here. My suggestion? Add some beef tallow or au jus to keep the brisket moist, and don’t skimp on the sauce — it really makes a difference. I think honest reviews help new spots grow, especially considering the limited food options downtown. If you’re a fellow bagel lover, give it a try and share your experience — let’s help them tighten things up and turn this into a must-stop breakfast spot! Have a great day yall!

I was excited this place opened, especially since they have a larger breakfast selection than their neighbor, SBUX, but I was sadly let down.

I visited this morning, around 9:30 a.m., and it wasn’t busy, which was great, and everyone seemed to stop and welcome me.

I ordered the Santa Fe sandwich, and it took around 5 minutes, which is great, but for something being prepared fresh and without it being busy, my sandwich was lukewarm - incredibly disappointing. I specifically went for a breakfast sandwich, and the sandwich itself had great flavor, so I’m incredibly disappointed that the “freshness factor” wasn’t there with the temperature of the item.
