Such a nice food truck, they have seating available. We got the chicken burrito, tacos, torta and birria tacos. Everything was so good. Service was excellent. Staff was so friendly and brought our food out once it was made. Will be back and remember to take photos next time.

I’m hesitant to write a review because I don’t like people coming and ruining my favorite places but this place is too good not to give a review. Food is delicious; always quick and the service is great. It’s usually a young dude running the show - super friendly and always pleasant. Can’t recommend enough. Check it out. But don’t clog up the line.

First and foremost, the girl who helped us was AMAZING!!! Very friendly and helpful. Haven't had customer service like that in idk how long. Just moved to Fresno and was in search of a good taco truck. EL Agave is officially my go to. Food was delicious and the portions and prices were perfect. We can't wait to go back.

I ordered the Burrito supreme, Food looks good BUT has no Flavor it was like an all meat burrito the rice & beans ect. Was not mixed it was all at the bottom. There prices are to expensive as well.

El Agave is a consistently excellent taco truck. The menu is expansive, the staff are super friendly, and they'll walk your order out to your car if you're getting it to-go. There are a ton of trucks out on this side of town and so it can be hard to decide where to go. I like El Agave because the portions are generous and the tacos are served at a near-gourmet caliber. Adobada is rich with tangy sauce, pineapple, and chile, the asada is nice and juicy, and the tripas are just spot on (they asked me how I like them done...always a good sign)! The tacos dorados are also a good deal with two sizes to choose from.One time they were short-staffed and the order took a bit longer than we expected. They comp'd us a large Horchata and apologized profusely. This spot deserves to be patronized generously. A real gem in the West-Central part of town!
Vegetarian options: Veggie burrito, tacos dorados, and quesadillas.
Kid-friendliness: I regularly see kids with their parents here.
Parking: The truck is parked in a large dirt lot with plenty of space to park nearby.
