I have been coming to this place before as long as I can remember. And Junior high and high school it was my favorite after school spot to go get me some nachos. Now I enjoy it with my kids on the weekend. Have amazing chips and salsa to start your meal off. They offer a large variety of Mexican food, all the classics. They have the best horchata. The seating is small but it has a grandma's house feel to it. They've been around for a really long time and I wish to see...
Very welcoming, the staff is very friendly the owner checks in and greets all his clients very attentive to customer service. The food is delicious and the flavors take you back to the authenticity of Mexican cuisine just like mom or grandma’s cooking. Best Mexican restaurant to visit in Fresno.
Not really a fan of this establishment .... but a little birdie suggested I try the shredded beef sopes. Well, when the desire for sopes hits me again, I shall return to the Contented Pig.
