I was at the water light festival at Woodward park on 11/6/21 and ordered food.
After about an hour waiting, I asked for my money back. my order number was 29 and they were still on order number 7. I was rudely questioning on why I wanted a refund and they made me feel like I was the "bad" person because they couldn't keep up with the orders.
