They specialize in bone in chicken(grilled) which unlike fried takes planning and timing to have it ready, there kitchen is set with the special grills to stream line. never going back again!

So this is my husbands go-to for dinner when he wants chicken. Chicken is so good. Not oily nut authentic. Seasoned just right. So never fails, they forgot my tortillas twice in a row.

Horrible chicken was all dried out avocados were soggy on a Sunday around 3:00 to 4:00 not good for business managed to get to the employees and did nothing about it no problem at all just don't come back again and spread the word you know you couldn't have spent $32 on a chicken salad and two crunchy chicken tacos and for the rice to be hard okay I mean hard like it's been sitting at the bottom of the pan for hours and I bet when they have their lunch they do not serve themselves those portions of the items really sucks how this fast food industries becoming people just don't care no more if you're charging a good amount of money for your food give your customer quality food not the bottom of the pan you need to change this up soon because practicing a business like this could certainly put you upside down

Terrible customer service placed online order wasn't ready when I got there so I waited bc I didn't mind, but the workers started asking each other where my bowl went bc the cook had already made it but couldn't figure it out when I asked how long the person helping me shrugged his shoulders and they still weren't working on making my order or giving me anything, until I raised my voice and asked them when my food would be done they didn't acknowledge or help me really besides asking my name and shrugging shoulders at me, crew seem to have issue with each other person taking orders looked like she was on something.

My husband ordered the chicken avocado burrito, it seemed like a cabbage burrito, nothing but cabbage and pico de gallo, hardly any chicken and avocado at all. Very disappointed. I know price is inexpensive but would of expected better food. I only ate a quarter of it.

Stopped by El Pollo Loco for lunch around noon. It wasn’t very busy, so ordering and finding a seat was quick and easy. Our meals came out in a reasonable time, and overall the food was good.
The only downside was the churros. I ordered one and unfortunately it just didn’t taste right. They could definitely improve the recipe or preparation, because it wasn’t very enjoyable.
Other than that, everything else was great. Parking was easy, the restrooms were clean, and I appreciated that they’re reserved for customers (you just need to ask the staff to unlock them).
Overall, a good experience with just a small miss on the dessert.
Usually, the chicken is fresh and juicy this time. It was a bit dry and seem like it was old, which is not normal.

The food is good, from a scale of 1-10 I'll give it a 5-6. I think they can make it more flavorable it's more on the bland side. This culture of food has tons more flavor than what they are adding today so come on polo loco don't be afraid of your own spices kick it up a notch.
