Heard about this place for years, but never got a chance to try it till today.
I tried to use their self serve order tablets. I needed to make some customizations, that weren’t possible on the tablets. I asked a worker to help me out and she quickly took my order.
The food was great, I had the chicken and the side salad which were both fresh and tasty. The guacamole was also fresh and the green sauce they provide was also good.
Good to know there is a place I can get some fresh baked chicken as most fast-food places only provide it fried in the state I live.
Friendly staff, good food, and a clean restaurant. I’ll see you guys next time!

Beware! Absolutely horrible. Chicken had been sitting ALL DAY and was drier than beef jerky. I honestly cant believe they would serve that to a customer. If you’re going to charge that much for a plate at least dont give me day old chicken… ill never be back.

Not sure if it's this location, but Pollo Loca has been lacking seasoning or a good char flavor crust. Their Mac is no longer ok it meh. My year old didn't care for it. The salsa bar is no longer accessible, and they only give you green sauce and pico de gallo, you have to request for salsas.

Food was great and staff was super friendly and helpful! I am not usually a fast food eater, but I will do this one again! I wish you still had the salsa bar and tropical tea! That would make it a 5⭐!

Their family meal cost $40++. The chicken, look like game hens...sad, when you are trying to feed construction workers. Small portion for the price. Employee taking the order, had trouble understanding, I repeated the order 4 times. Not sure, I would return.

The chicken was okay, but the tacos lacked flavor and were served lukewarm. The tortillas tasted store-bought, and the churros were hard. The beans seemed to be canned.
