Just arrived at my office after leaving drive through. Very disappointed to say, what I ordered is not in the bag!!!! To top it off, the upsell of churros they asked me if I wanted to try, was also not in the bag. I called the store and they asked if I wanted to pick up an order free of charge, 1. I want my order done correctly so I don't have to drive back after I am already at work. 2. The tortillas were cold and broken, (the type that fall apart when you warm them up in a microwave), and the salsa tasted rancid. Ill take this as a loss, the food is not worth going back even if free. Based on the quality of the Tacos al Carbon, I'm sure the churros are no better. Thanks El Pollo Loco for ruining this limited time I had to grab a quick bite on a very busy work day.

It's really good food , Pollo Loco never changed but some people don't want to be OK with that and move on , just because you ate your chicken after 2 hours and it was dry ! Well it's BBQ you need to eat it once you order it ? so anyway delicious ? ?
We we went through the drive-thru it was awful and when we got home we found a cockroach in our chicken we will never go through there again

They were out of breast meat and I was told it would be 30 to 40 min wait. I didn't order the breast meat and I still was stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes and then in the parking lot for 10 min. I guess, don't go at dinner time.

I dine here regularly for lunch, always pickup a double chicken avocado salad which is great.However, the last two times I picked up a salad “in the evening”, the size of the salad had decreased by 30% - 40% compared to the lunchtime salad while paying the same price. Of course you don’t find it out until you get home and when I try to call the restaurant, nobody ever answers.DO NOT BUY A SALAD FROM THIS EL POLLO LOCO RESTAURANT IN THE EVENING.UPDATE: (I initially gave them 2 stars)Just picked up a salad for lunch today and it appears SMALLER SALADS for a NEW HIGHER PRICE is now the new norm. Additionally, their online survey system has been down for weeks, supposedly for maintenance. Great business model? What’s next, bankruptcy? Don’t buy any gift cards. Sure going to miss their salads.

I ordered the Chicken Avocado Tostada Bowl. I enjoyed it, although, without additional sauces, it would taste bland. But I'd like to think I'm eating healthy when I buy their food. I took this order to-go, partially because their tables always seem to be dirty when I go. It would be nice if a little more time was spent taking care of the dining room.One thing that keeps me coming back is their good coupons that I get in the mail, and also their rewards app. It helps me overlook some of the negatives.

Faucet in customers' restroom is leaking heavily at "P" trap with water running all over the floor.I brought this matter to the attention of the staff the last time we ate there, yet no one repaired this leak, which is destroying your tile flooring.2. We were the only customers eating inside; yet 2 outsiders who never ordered food utilized the bathroom, thus causing us to have to wait a long time.These outsiders should not be provided the fob code. This code should not be posted at the register.We, as regular customers, were deprived of the restroom, due to outsiders abusing the privilege and taking over.3. The toilet paper in your restaurant is the worse in all of Fresno City.It is so thin that it rips when you pull out or 3 squares.Very irritating and a big nuisance!4. Many of the tables were dirty and never cleaned until about 10 minutes before we left.I hope you will realize that these complaints are causing El Pollo Loco to lose customers like us.This is why we along with one other lady were the only in-dining customers the entire time this evening.I have brought these matters to your and Gabby's attention numerous times, but it appears that they have fallen on DEAF EARS.How will you correct these repeated problems and situations?Don
