We went here on 1-9-26 at 6:35pm. Naomi B was our cashier. She was very friendly and attentive. She has a great personality and is management material. We will visit this location again.

Pollo Loco has the best chicken ever. Maybe even more amazing is the consistency of tasty moist chicken across multiple locations. I have visited several Pollo Loco restaurants from San Diego to Napa California and had great food each time. Multiple visit in Napa San Diego and Fresno. My “go to” menu item is the two piece thigh and drum stick with two sides, two tortillas and a soft drink. Every visit was a five star meal including this lunch in Fresno on Shaw avenue December 2025. Simply a great meal.

I like the chicken tacos and guacamole but the prices are a bit high.
Worst Pollo Loco, the place was dirty, the restroom was smelly and I found an insect inside a little cup of salsa verde (for my own sake I really hope it wasn't a roach). This was not my first visit to this restaurant but after this experience it's definitely the last.

came in one day because me and my family like other locations but the manager here named felix held up service by picking fights with the other employees. My family and I were disgusted by him and wanted to chew him out like he did to the poor staff but instead chose to leave and never come to another El Pollo loco again. this location was subpar to others anyway. dirty.

Poor staff attitude, self checkout kiosk is broken and they expect people to know that they have to press certain buttons to bypass the pin number because of notes on the machines that are not clear. Restrooms are broken. One restroom only. Bad customer service

I was there a couple of days ago they FORGOT my CHICKEN in my QUESADILLA in drive thru . I’m only giving it 4 stars because of the customer service I had when I came in to complain . a new worker named Noemi had GREAT customer service she even apologized for the behalf of her co workers even tired to give me my correct order . I always come here and she has a way better attitude than majority of the workers here they need to do better !!!!!!
