I was there a couple of days ago they FORGOT my CHICKEN in my QUESADILLA in drive thru . I’m only giving it 4 stars because of the customer service I had when I came in to complain . a new worker named Noemi had GREAT customer service she even apologized for the behalf of her co workers even tired to give me my correct order . I always come here and she has a way better attitude than majority of the workers here they need to do better !!!!!!

I hate the pre recorded voice at the speaker, it drives me insane because when I’m ready to order the workers take forever to answer me. Last week I told them I wanted a burrito with no beans and the worker said “you know then you’re just getting chicken and rice?” Told her yes I know that and then said I’m allergic to beans. The worker just said “sure. I’ll have your total at the window”.

Allergies need to be taken seriously.

We shouldn't have stopped here; our instincts told us to go elsewhere. While the customer service was nice, that was the only positive aspect of our visit. Since we were on a 500-mile road trip, we came here for some pieces of chicken—it's in the name—thinking chicken would be a safe option. Only to find out they didn't have chicken pieces available for another 45 minutes. So, instead, we ended up with chicken bowls. They had that at least.

As we sat in a booth, we noticed a colony of ants crawling along the perimeter of the restaurant. It was utterly disgusting to see ants inside an eating establishment. We felt compelled to move and began to question the cleanliness of the kitchen if the dining area was so dirty and infested with ants.

The interior was not very clean, and we couldn't find napkins anywhere. The bathroom was appalling; it was so bad that I couldn't even bring myself to take a photo. We've traveled across the country and have seen many rest stops and truck stops, but this was by far the worst we've encountered.

I deeply regret our choice to stop here. This experience has been one of our worst, and I hope we make it to our destination without getting sick on the road. I guess we can chalk it up to poor decisions.

Walked in to purchase a family meal hear at this location, besides that the food was great the customer service from sienna and zulema were outstanding. They made sure that my food was done correctly ,accurate order and great customer service. That are a great asset to this franchise . 5 star to them and the cooks .
