My order was all wrong, a burrito was missing from my bag. When I called to get a refund they just sat and argued. You can hear them in the background talking among themselves and no one could give me my refund. Will never order from there again .

Came here and bought an order of food walked out to my car really quick and came back and the ladies are just standing there acting as if they have no orders or I’m just standing there for fun. Had everyone else out before me and I ordered first. They are shady they weren’t going to give me my food if I didn’t ask . They were just going to take my money when I walked out to my car for a brief second and I had to tell them hellooo??? I paid and received no food????

-They always manage to get my order wrong - The tripas are too greasy and salty (not crunchy either) - The tamales are dry - The chicken tamales tastes like the meat is expired and more than a couple days old - The consume tastes like it is mostly oil rather than a brtoh for my tacos - The salsa is bland - The cookies in their bakery section are dry as well - Definitely overpriced and overrated!
The pan dulce here is great. Not sure about the meat, never tried it. Update. As of lately there have been many flies inside the glass doors around all the pan dulce. Not a big fan of that, also it seems like their prices are getting a bit crazy for the pan.
