Do NOT book them...not sure how they are still in business. My daughter reserved them a month in advance for this Saturday 24th at 2pm. A week before event they confirmed they would be there. Day of party comes and time is 2pm and they are no where close to arriving saying they are waiting for the grill because they have it at another party. 3pm comes and he is not answering, to only show up at 3:30 or closer to 4 and say he still doesn't have the grill. by that time our family had ordered other food. thank God my daughter didn't have to put a deposit. He also mentioned that they had another event booked after us and they were going to be late for them as well.

Be aware of the bad business we got from them today . We had my dads 60th birthday today and we booked them a month in advance with a $100 deposit and today they show up with a missing item we paid for and they leave a kid making the tacos for 60 people ! Not only did he take an hour to make some of the food but couldn’t believe that they sent this kid alone to make the food with no help . My aunts had to step in and help this kid to feed all my family . And this so called package they gave me was $600 and the person I was messaging told me my missing item that I had ordered was never in the 60 people package but the texts I have proof of her sending me says otherwise . Please beware of this business because I would hate for it to happen to another family . They didn’t care about my concerns and what they promised me even after me showing proof .

I had reserved them almost 2 months in advance for 4pm for 75 people for my daughters 1st birthday party. I was trying to get a hold of them since 2pm and the guy finally returns my call around 3:30pm saying they are still at an event in Clovis. Mind you I live in Madera. He says they will be there around 4:30. I didn’t think 30 min late was too bad so I told them that it was fine. These guys did not show up until 5:45pm. By the time they set up and start serving would have been close to 6:30pm when they had already confirmed 4pm as of 2 months ago. I had no choice but to order pizzas and serve some back up food we had around 5pm once everyone looked hungry. By the time they arrived, over half of the guests had already ate and they still wanted us to pay full price after talking to them once they finally got here. They were willing to take off $150 from the $800 total to now only serve about 30 people. Made no sense. One of the guys came pretty rude too, the other guy was nice and offered some extra bag of meat once we told them we didn’t need their services anymore. Overall, TERRIBLE experience with these people. Plenty of other taquizas out there. If you still want to hire these guys, make sure you have a backup plan in case they show up late. Very unprofessional. Eager to see if these guys will reply with excuses also so that I can show the photos that are timestamped in my messages, call log, and cameras outside showing when they arrived.

I was so disappointed with this people / my wedding was beautiful and this business made it hell. They were supposed to serve food right at 5pm and they show up at 6:30 the trompo wasn’t cook, he stared serving pretty late a lots of ppl left. for 250 ppl they only send one person who was a nice guy but it was too much for him alone, one of my sister laws started helping him cook and served, still took for ever. I had to cut the cake and eat all of the sweets before the food because the ppl was hungry I’m sorry but I will not recommend this business/ grade F .
