Ewellâs Place is a solid hole-in-the-wall bar in Fresno, perfect if youâre just looking for a quick drink in a relaxed setting. The vibe is easygoing, the music was on point, and the atmosphere makes it a great spot to unwind without any fuss.
What really stood out during our visit was the service. The waitress who helped us that night was excellentâsuper friendly, attentive, and kept our drinks cold and coming without ever needing to be asked twice. Even though I didnât catch her name, she definitely made the experience better.
If youâre in the area and want a laid-back place to relax, have a drink, and enjoy some good music, Iâd definitely recommend Ewellâs.

Cass was an amazing bartender/mixologist during my visit! Clear attention to detail is their strong point and they took special care to make me a nice mocktail since I donât drink, while maintaining good classic cocktail knowledge for my buddy who does.

Loved hanging out here. Lots of great conversations, good music, cheap pool. Cass, the bartender, was helpful with recommending a great drink options and executed the mixed drinks perfectly. She was a whole vibe running the bar and keeping us all entertained. She checked in with me regularly to be sure i felt comfortable and was taken care of. Definitely will be back again

Absolutely horrible. If you care about your own well being avoid at all costs. They do not have a single beer on draft. Lowest possible quality of experience imaginable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Great place for a few drinks and some music. They also have a pool table.
This place can not be making any money cause that DJ guy drinks all the profits.When I visited there he handed out over 20 shots in less then 10 minutes and didnât put any money down to pay for it.And that poor little bartender could not move without him telling her how HOT she is,it was so disgusting I had to walk out.

I've been coming to Ewells for the last year, on and off. Tried other bars but NOTHING compares to Ewells. The bartenders "Bri" "Baby" and "Seven" are AMAZING. They are quick and make delicious shooters! Really friendly too. Alex the security guard is efficient and keeps us all safe. Highly recommend this bar to anyone looking for a fun time.
