Not friendly service. Waited 20 minutes for one small sandwich then another 10 for the other one while seated. There were 5 employees present and one other couple eating. We have been here a couple of times before and enjoyed the food. Something has slipped.

Yummy sandwiches. Always consistent quality. Great salad and lots of choices for drinks. They even have Coke w/ lime. I've had several different sandwiches and they've all been excellent. The New York Steamer is my favorite. Great service as well.

They have good sandwiches. Prices aren't too bad. Heavy transient activity, due to it being on Blackstone. They were very nice and have them bags of ice. Kind of wish they didn't as I feel they are encouraging their return. The transients were contacting people in the restaurant and diminished greatly the experience.

The first Firehouse Subs I went to was in Auburn Alabama. Great place for really good sandwiches and if you like Hot sauce they carry a large selection of Great ones. I will definitely be Happy to go here again. Same Great sandwiches as they have down in the South.

Some of the worst food I've ever eaten. They took forever to get the food out. Thirty minutes to make a sub is crazy. The worse part the subs were horrible, non-edible. First time to firehouse, last time to firehouse. One of the people in our group of 3 recommended we try it based on eating at one in SLO. He was in disbelief at how bad it was at this location in Fresno.

They do not have a full menu on display. I was ordering a tuna sandwich for my friend that I could not find on the menu posted anywhere. Then come to find out a medium size tuna sandwich was $10. I got a HOT sandwich that sat so long, waiting for them to put together that it was now cold, the cheese was no longer melted and everything was glued together on one side of the bun. I understand it was lunch hour, however their appeared to be a manager show up after all the clueless young men and women working got all the customers taken care of. Corporate needs to watch this one. Good work guys! But you need some stronger leadership. Maybe the manager needs a vacation so she can re-charge?
Had a to go order and waited at the online order area. The whole staff act like I was invisible. Nobody ask for my order or said hi. Waited for 10 min patiently.

Their large is huge!! Sandwichs here are not bad, I think their location is bad, with Mr pickles and Ike's so close by both of which are better sandwich joints in my opinion.

I love everything this company stands for & personally I prefer the taste and hospitality than other sandwich/sub places. I also love that management team is on it 24/7!!
