I am a five guy fanatic and so are my grandkids. I haven't seen my grandkids in a year and We haven't eaten there together in over a year. So today we went and loved the food. I watched my grandsons dance and wiggle while they enjoyed every bite of their burger and fries which came as today's special. Give guys really delivers in every way. Not exactly the cheapest route to go but definitely not the most expensive and so very worth it. The taste and the quality is by far better than any where else besides your own kitchen. The staff here was very friendly and aimed to please while offering great customer service. Thank you

I just came back from San Jose the past weekend and tried five guys for the first time it was so much better then I expected I wanted to enjoy it again at home I placed an order for pick up I got a milkshake with Oreo mixed in they didn’t add the Oreo and they didn’t let me know anything about it being out so that was disappointing I also got a burger I added ketchup mustard and mayo when I got home to eat my burger it was filled with mayo way to much same with the other two sauces I didn’t even finish half of it all out super disappointing I will not be eating five guys any time soon especially for the price

The staff of women (girls IMO) working Sunday were either high or drunk because they screwed our order up twice. Then they throw a mustard in our bag with fries and a burger and a mustard broke and getting it all over the place they had to remake our food when they remade her food the buns were soggy at that point we just left we're not waiting again to have it remade this place is such a rip off the fries had no flavor the burger was way too big I didn't even order a double I ordered a single even though she charged me for a double assuming that's what I wanted this place is a joke.

I went today to go place an order. The young lady that helped me was super rude. I went back to get my order remade because they got it wrong, and the lady that helped me had an attitude the whole time. I am very disappointed in the service I received today. I definitely do not recommend going over there.
