Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

After having a sub par experience at Ruth's Chris, Fleming's Steakhouse has restored my faith in the fact that Fresno can offer a proper meal with amazing food. Judy was very attentive and immediately provided me with amazing service while also ensuring that my drink order was EXACTLY what I wanted and needed. The short rib was cooked to perfection and paired well with the Brussels Sprouts. The restaurant was lively but provided me with the right experience while I was out of town but seeking a quality meal. Barring something else popping up in the Fresno market, i highly recommend that you visit this Fleming's and have Judy make you a proper drink to start your meal. I WILL be back!!!

Food was 10/10z. ceaser salad was phenomenal, so fresh . Meat was so tinder. Service is great.

It was a quiet Monday but that was such a perfect night to come out and celebrate. Fewer people meant lots of attention . I ordered the 3 course steak and lobster . It was prepared medium just as I had requested . The lobster was delicious and I shared bites with everyone . It came with a salad and a dessert . Our group ordered sides to share . A fall corn dish that was sooo good and the brussel sprouts and scallop potatoes. Our server was wonderful as well ! I

This trip they was there for a wedding reception. No pics of food this time but it was excellent as always. This post is to show that the entire restaurant can be reserved for a private event. The staff and service was just as good as always.

We celebrated my birthday with a beautifully delicious Japanese Wagyu A5 steaks dinner tonight. The service was fantastic, Elizabeth thank you. She went through the menu and explained everything very well. The presentation proved by the manager was absolutely amazing. He answered all our questions. This was my first experience and it was unbelievable. Thank you for having us and for the delicious lava birthday cake. Highly appreciated and recommend.

Felt rushed for a restaurant geared to a higher end dining experience. The Wagu steak wasn't great and the scalloped potatoes were plain tasting. A minimum dress standard would have been good to have. Some of the guests were wearing sloppy attire. We won't be returning.

They really go the extra mile to make every part of the meal special. Adding champagne to brie to get a delicious spread, for example. My sea bass was outstanding.

We celebrated a birthday and had a wonderful time. We were treated like royalty and the food was fantastic. Can't wait to go back again.

The host was friendly at the door.

I went on a Friday and without an appointment. Didn't wait long...good workers, very good food, and atmosphere is great 👍🏼 👌
Now, stay away from the scalloped potatoes, YUKE!! Just terrible... menu has changed and they removed some key delicious dishes, bad idea!! Portions are almost half the size they were 4 years ago, but prices have gone up. That's interesting 🤔. Food delivery time was slow... perhaps short staff.

Our experience at Flemings in Fresno California was magnificent our server Michael was outstanding and very detailed and knowledgeable. The restaurant manager Dakota Watson was friendly and informational and kind. Flemings serves delicious entrées. This restaurant has always been my go to and always will be! The restaurant was very clean and aesthetically arranged to perfection. Thank you Flemings ‘Fresno California’.
