Took literally 20 mins for mozzarella cheese sticks. Three cars got their food before us. They also forgot to put the ranch I asked for in the bag.

The food is definitely not like it use to taste. I used to love the boss burgers. I bought one today at this location the bacon was rock hard and the onion rings were rock hard as well and tasted old! For almost $9 just for the burger that’s not okay they should be ashamed of themselves to even pack it up for a customer like that. Never again!
