I attended the Alley the Piper concert at Frank’s Place in Fresno on November 21st and was really disappointed by the lack of seating. There were no chairs provided for the audience, which made it uncomfortable to stand for hours—especially for older guests and those with physical limitations. For a music venue, basic seating should be a priority.
What made it worse was the lack of concern from the venue staff. No one seemed to care or offer assistance. The only people who tried to help were Alley the Piper’s team, who made an effort to address the issue but unfortunately couldn’t resolve it. The performance itself was wonderful, but the experience was marred by poor planning and indifference. I hope future events are more thoughtfully organized and accessible to all.

Never been. Great place. Nice and cool inside. Relaxing atmosphere. Live singer was awesome. Baetender was patient as I made up my mind. Clean and friendly place. Good prices on drinks. Didnt stay long but will def try to come back again.

I absolutely love this place I went there Saturday and must I say it was so beautiful nice music nice place and omg their catering is from the bay must I say it's the best I'm going back Saturday I need me a plate to go their drinks are bomb if you haven't went their you're missing out
