This is PERFECT!! They have a great menu including rice dishes. You select your lettuce type or rice if you want, then add toppings for your salad. They have 6 different dressings. I did the balsamic vinaigrette and it was delicious! If you are going to get it to go you may want to ask for extra dressing. You can add different meats. I did salami and the garlic herb chicken. It was really good. Reminds me of my favorite of all time Salata so I'm happy that someone opened a true salad bar restaurant. It's delicious and healthy!! They use heirloom tomatoes. My only thing would be to have regular tomatoes as well but my salad was so good I didnt need them. I'm going back tomorrow. They are open on Saturdays for lunch!
