Black bear in Fresno has always been accommodating. The wait staff is always friendly and welcoming. We’ve been coming in regularly since they first opened this location and have been treated like family and welcomed nice to see you again.
I recommend going here when Brandon is working.
He was attentive, friendly, responded to our questions and was always available to help us.
We actually thought he was a manager, because of his personality, caring. He cares for everyone he encountered, greeted with a smile and left us with his name.
