So unfortunate... the ambiance was great. And although I was only there for a quick pick up order that I phoned in, I was impressed with the atmosphere, but thats where it all ended. I was over looked and another patron was acknowledged and seated prior to even asking me if I needed to be seated. About 5 minutes passes and 3 servers before I was even acknowledged. When I was acknowledged, I shared I was there for a picked up order and was told ok. The server came back and said someone would be out shortly, but 20 minutes later I still stood waiting. Two other families were seated and a third waiting and still nothing. The server ignored me again until the family behind me pointed and said I was next. I finally just said nevermind asked him to please let the manager/owner whomever know to cancel the order. I had high hopes for this establishment, but I left thoroughly disappointed and hungry. I rarely leave reviews, but this time I was disappointed at the service and the lack of acknowledgement in the building. Thought it would be a good place to go given that it isn't a big chain resturant, but guess not. I do hope their food taste better then the service, but I can't say one way or another.

Not only was today, Saturday, but it was also Valentine’s Day. I appreciated the fact that you were fully staffed and every section of your restaurant was open so even though there was a short wait it was nothing crazy. Every staff member I encounter was attentive and had a smile. I’m hoping this is due to them being treated well because they do a fabulous job.

The food was good and service was fast but they seated us next to the piano and once the guy started playing it was hella loud. I have very sensitive ears ok and loud banging sounds like the piano playing irritates my ear drums. And it was soft piano playing no no it was very loud. Next time seat us far way from the piano thank you

Very mixed feelings about our breakfast here….. first I called to try and put our names on a list or make reservations I was told no…. Ok we come in and greet the hostess and she tells us a 30-45 minute wait….. no biggy we wait. Another couple comes in and says I have reservations and gets seated sooner than my party. Very strange!
The first serve/waiter we got was strange. He did not speak much and came off rude. When I asked do you have a kids menu he did not say a word just pointed at the menu, when he seated us he literally just set the menus down and walked away…. No here is your table hi how are ya! Nothing! We eventually got a different server and she was very nice and helpful. Complete 180 from the first guy……. Maybe he was just having a bad day or off idk….. but very strange for customer service at a restaurant.
The food was very good! Everyone seemed to enjoy their food, no complaints there! Good job!
One overall complaint would be the heaters were on rather high! It was hot in there!
But a good breakfast with decent service overall
