They no longer take orders for cake over the phone or in stores. Which makes it difficult especially if a customers does not have an Amazon account. To make it worse, their customer service from the store is not the best. The staff are Very rude to customers and the staff are just point blank lazy. A staff refused to help me over the phone and transfered my call to management about confirming an order number, for an order that was placed through the customer phone line for that dept.
Some of those staff should not work in customer service especially if they panic over a simple question such as order confirmation; and the fact that they have to transfer to a manager, making a small matter an even big matter. No problem solving skills and needs more basic training in the customer service dept.

They have a salad bar and some pizza, and there are the standard sandwiches. And you can sit outside on the benches. Prices are high, but you already knew that.

Ok but Sprouts is better. Good prepared food, beer, ice cream.
Make sure to check out the huge inventory of beer and their amazing meat/seafood counter. Just beware of the prices here, they really aren't messing around...

Whenever I can't find something vegan at a nearby store (in Clovis) I'll make the trip over to Whole Foods. I've never had a problem finding it there, but items can be pricey. They made my birthday cake for me which they had 2 vegan options. I got the chocolate torte cake which I'll upload a picture of. The party goers (who weren't vegan) absolutely loved it and devoured it. There were no leftovers. Also they have a food bar as do the other Whole Foods I've been to. The first time I visited and wanted vegan pizza they didn't have it. However, the next time they did and the time after that they didn't have any already made, but they said they'd make one for me and asked what I'd like on it. It was nice that I still could still just get a slice or two of the vegan pizza (when I've had to buy the whole pizza before at other places). Overall I do enjoy this store, but I wish there was one closer to me.
