First (not last) Visit. Big selection on a picture menu, for take-out only, of seafood & chicken combo plates with some traditional Chinese dishes (chow mein). They also have frozen shrimp, scallops, tilapia, bassa, etc. Very friendly, pleasant & accommodating owner. We had Fish (2 bassa, 2 catfish by request - with a reasonable upcharge) & Chips and Salt & Pepper Shrimp (comes with sticky rice & grilled onion). Crisp & tender coating on all seafood. Generous portions. One criticism: when I see "salt & pepper" on a menu without other specification, I expect ground black pepper, NOT diced jalapeños. Very happy otherwise.

I love this place, but recently, their Salt & Pepper Shrimp has gotten smaller and smaller and the breading bigger and bigger… So pretty much instead of the Shrimp, you are tasting a lot of dough. I wish they would stop that. I understand the need to cut cost and buy the cheapest Shrimp, but I’d rather pay more for quality than eat low quality cheap food. Their fried rice is superb though.

I've been going here since 2008 when I lived in Fresno, but I moved. I came to visit family & stopped since I was craving the salt & pepper shrimp. It wasn't good @ all. Ni flavor no seasoning just bland... Bland bland bland. Ll I could taste is the oil. Sorry to say but I don't think I'll be back. The time has passed
