Asked for similar style they promote on their google page a couple days before order pickup. The business communicated with me to get my order right. Chocolate cake part is moist and not dry at all. The icing is buttercream, very good. 100/10. Service and treat is worth it!

I went in to try their coconut, raspberry and lemon cupcake it was so good! Coconut I believe was only during a certain time, I went in a few weeks ago! The lady upfront was extremely helpful and kind! Highly recommend for a little sweet treat :)

When I walked in I was greeted with the kind workers,I was looking around to see what sweet I was going to purchase,at this point I was the only customer in there . The owner was there as well and had a very negative attitude from the jump , I was listening to her berate her workers and then to top it off was talking very rudely about the customers from Dr. Greenthumb . Idk just gave me a bad taste in my mouth , as I work in tower and I never had a problem with any customers from that dispensary .I left and didn’t purchase anything , couldn’t put money in some one like that’s pocket . Lady really needs to learn some manners.

I ordered Banana Pudding Cupcakes, everything was done on time, the outside was beautiful but When I requested filling in the inside of the cupcakes. They only put a small amount 🤷🏽♀️ so yeah that’s my first and only experience with this company, overall they were okay 👌🏽

My usual favorites are the vegan snickerdoodle cupcake, pink champagne cupcake, and salted caramel cupcake. Today, I tried a few new treats—the chocolate whiskey bomb cupcake, Key lime cupcake, and red velvet cake pop—and they were amazing!

I really want to like this place since it’s local to me, but I have been continuously underwhelmed. The packaging and presentation is cute, but the cupcakes are poorly executed— dry and the frosting is very sweet. The staff seems to be unwelcoming to patrons, very short winded and not very friendly. I’ve had better customer service and better tasting baked goods from… Walmart…

I had a great experience coming here for the first time. The ladies were so nice and welcoming. Good customer service and very patient with me when trying to figure out what I wanted. I also liked how they explained how I could buy individual cupcakes or order a dozen. To top it off, the cupcakes were very delicious. I will be definitely coming back and ordering all my desert needs here. I highly recommend this spot!

It was easy to set up a consultation through their website, but I was disappointed by the service I received. I chose this bakery as it was recommended to me by my wedding venue. I came to the Bullard/West location. For the consultation, I chose 2/14/24 because that was a day that worked out best for me during that week. When I came in for the consultation, the employees were surprised that I was there and told me, "We usually don't book consultations on this day." The lady that met with me during the consultation was not prepared for me, was very pushy, and rushed the entire consultation that I paid $25 for. Her excuse was, "Valentine's Day is our busiest day of the year." The only nice thing about the consultation is that there is a variety of desserts to choose from for your special occasion, but I would not recommend this place as first impressions are everything.

STAFF IN-SHOP INCREDIBLY RUDE. I went in today with my family. While looking around at cupcakes, I asked one of the employees which flavor cupcake I was looking at, her exact response "I'm in sales, I don't bake them so I don't know." Why? Just why? Why does this business have someone servicing their customers if they don't want to? The other two employees present were also equally disinterested in our business. Sad. There are many other locally owned bakeries that would love business. Please patron those shops!
