My usual favorites are the vegan snickerdoodle cupcake, pink champagne cupcake, and salted caramel cupcake. Today, I tried a few new treatsâthe chocolate whiskey bomb cupcake, Key lime cupcake, and red velvet cake popâand they were amazing!

The packaging and presentation is cute, but the cupcakes are poorly executedâ dry and the frosting is very sweet. The staff seems to be unwelcoming to patrons, very short winded and not very friendly. Iâve had better customer service and better tasting baked goods from⌠WalmartâŚ

I had a great experience coming here for the first time. The ladies were so nice and welcoming. Good customer service and very patient with me when trying to figure out what I wanted. I also liked how they explained how I could buy individual cupcakes or order a dozen. To top it off, the cupcakes were very delicious. I will be definitely coming back and ordering all my desert needs here. I highly recommend this spot!

It was easy to set up a consultation through their website, but I was disappointed by the service I received. I chose this bakery as it was recommended to me by my wedding venue. I came to the Bullard/West location. For the consultation, I chose 2/14/24 because that was a day that worked out best for me during that week. When I came in for the consultation, the employees were surprised that I was there and told me, "We usually don't book consultations on this day." The lady that met with me during the consultation was not prepared for me, was very pushy, and rushed the entire consultation that I paid $25 for. Her excuse was, "Valentine's Day is our busiest day of the year." The only nice thing about the consultation is that there is a variety of desserts to choose from for your special occasion, but I would not recommend this place as first impressions are everything.

STAFF IN-SHOP INCREDIBLY RUDE. I went in today with my family. While looking around at cupcakes, I asked one of the employees which flavor cupcake I was looking at, her exact response "I'm in sales, I don't bake them so I don't know." Why? Just why? Why does this business have someone servicing their customers if they don't want to? The other two employees present were also equally disinterested in our business. Sad. There are many other locally owned bakeries that would love business. Please patron those shops!

Ordered as an addition to my delivery food and I was so happy I did! Pink Champagne cupcake is amazing. The cupcake is light and fluffy and the whipped cream frosting is not too sweet. Didnât care for the lemon cupcake as the frosting was very sweet. Doggos loved their pupcake!
I ordered an over-the-top unicorn carousel cake for my sister's baby shower. In addition to the ambitious design, I wanted it 100% vegan. The shop make can make vegan cupcakes and cakes, which I always appreciate! It was ready on time and they called me right away to let me know. It was thoughtfully boxed for easy transport. All the guests thought it was beautiful AND delicious!The design consult was really helpful, too. She was really transparent about what parts were expensive, and helped me adjust the design to fit my budget. Prices were typical for a cake of this type in the area.I would *almost* take off one star, just because the ordering process was such a pain. I tried to place my order with plenty of time to spare (8 weeks in advance) but they were so hard to get a hold of. Because of the complexity of the design, I was asked to meet with the designer. It took SO MANY back and forth emails and calls to finally get me set up to talk to the cake designer. I'm not sure why because they have a portal to schedule an appointment, and they never pointed me to it. The email response time was also really slow.All is well that ends well though and the cake was PERFECT.
