This is my go-to bakery for all my pan dulce and cake needs! The girl who works here is super friendly and helpful. They can make almost any cake happen. I’ve never had a design they couldn’t do. Will definitely keep coming here!

Called in at 1:07 pm and the lady who answered tells me they’re closed? I told her she obviously don’t want business because I only had a question and wanted to know if they sell banana nut cakes? She did not care to respond, so I kindly ended the call. So rude. Then to add to it, the lady who had the audacity to call me back 4 times (I answered, thinking she was going to help me answer my ?) to try and check me by telling me she don’t appreciate me putting up my review? I then responded, why answer (let alone call me back to argue) if ur closed and she didn’t have an answer again to my question? She then continued to be rude and combative. I just told her I won’t ever go back nor do I recommend them and dismissed myself from her negativity.

Got this package of Mexican breads at the river park farmers market! They have to be the best Conchas I have ever had so soft and perfect amount of sweetness!!

This bakery needs to hire a friendly employee with great customer service. I am sure this is the reason why there’s hardly anyone there. The girl there looks miserable and mad all the time. I been there 3 times and its always the same attitude. Who is the owner of this store? Because she also limited the amount of cake pops i can buy. I won’t be back until someone new is there.

I loved my experience with this bakery. I ordered a custom cake and there were no issues. The cake was moist and vanilla frosting and custard were the perfect amount of sweetness. The employee at the front that helped me place my order was friendly. Thank you!

Bad service. To the girl working there go take a customer service class or something. I went in there and was speaking to her and I was in the middle of asking a question when she completely gave the attention to another person already walking out and wanted to buy other items and she did not even say excuse me let me help him first or finish talking to me. Then she was not helpful at all. Last time I was in there. Plus theres always one or two flies inside the pastries and they dont care to even take them out. To the owner: If you are not aware of this now you are. Don't let her drive customers out the door. You are paying her to provide good service. I could keep going but I don't have the time.

Went in the day before to do order thankfully they did it was a small cake feeds 4 people..the cake was very nice BUT IM upset that they didn't put what I asked for i wanted luv u on cake was important to me she said wasn't room when I went in to pick up but wasn'ttold that when I was there in person telling her what I want written..it would've been nice if I got a call to let me know then we could've figured a way to shorten Happy Birthday and make what I wanted written**Filling was very good just upset I didn't get what I wanted written just please call customers to let them know thank u its important to some of us

They did so poorly on my sons birthday cake. There were pieces missing icing hardly any “fresh strawberries” in the middle. I paid nearly $200 for a horribly put together cake I wouldn’t have paid a fraction of half of that for the cake I received. Do better… Usually we love their cakes but this time was different. I will not be returning again.
