We are from the Bay Area and we have a favorite Mediterranean spot in there but we now moved here at Fresno. There's only few choices in here and decided to try Golden Grill. We felt in love with this restaurant. That's right, the restaurant itself because it's not the only food we love but also the people who works there. They are very nice and friendly and it's my first time I felt special going in a restaurant. The food is really really reall good! I am not a Mediterranean but I can tell that they have the legitimate taste from Mediterranean that makes me coming back almost every week. Even we're broke, we cannot stop ourselves from eating their food. They even surpassed our favorite restaurant in the Bay.We tried other Mediterranean restaurant here because we have no choice knowing it's Monday and Golden Grill is closed and we are craving. I am surprised how Golden Grill is way better from that restaurant and surprisingly that restaurant has a lot of good reviews and looks popular but their food is not good. It is not real Mediterranean food but it is more likely Americanized food. Anyways, Golden Grill is the best for me so far and always the 1st option if we want to go eat food outside. I really recommend Golden Grill for anyone who likes to eat real taste of Mediterranean food! Garlic sauce is bomb too! I just wish they have grilled veggies as side dish because it really goes well with the combo plates.

Went to Golden Grill for the first time over the weekend and I was so impressed! The food was outstanding and good sized portions. Service was awesome, the staff was sooo nice. This will definitely be a staple for me! :)
I went in to Golden Grill for the first time today, and I am so pleased. Not only was my food AMAZING, the service was great. The gentleman that helped me was so sweet, and while I was eating I did see him give a man in need his food and told him he could keep his money They were just so sweet. The bread tasted great and the hummus was my favorite. The combo plate was the right choice to get a taste of everything.Definitely will be coming back ?

Very tasty food. Fresh quality. Service is ok, we ordered on the phone and it wasn't very clear, just make sure you go over your order so you don't get charged for extra food you didn't order. We didn't want to hear rude but we were given a bunch of stuff we didn't order and charged for it. But over all this may be the best middle eastern food in the area quality wise.

Great customer service terrible food. the fries were soggy. the beef was low quality meat. the rice was the worst. it had a weird cinnamon flavor. the salad was just iceberg lettuce a few pieces of tomato and a slice of cucumber. the pita? i'm sure if that was pita but it so tin and flavorless like cardboard.
