It is a bit pricey but it is worth it. There is a variety of food and the best part is, the food is good quality and freshly made. I had other experiences where it's pricey and shrimp size is the size a penny. Not here, everything is good size and variety of Sushi rolls and the best part desert plenty of options. Fruit is great quality fresh, crisp, and sweet. I can't wait to go again even if it's pricey. I went at Dinner around 5 pm. Have not tried going during lunch time.

My family went to this buffet today.
While we were away from the table getting food, we were disappointed to find that the staff had removed all of our drinks. Additionally, the staff on duty were not approachable, making it difficult to address the situation or request assistance.
These actions demonstrated a lack of attentiveness and consideration for guests, reflecting poor customer service and a disregard for customer comfort and satisfaction. The overall experience was uncomfortable and unwelcoming, negatively impacting what should have been an enjoyable family dining experience. We hope management addresses these issues to ensure a higher standard of service for future guests.

If I couldn’t a negative I would. To charge a 2 year old 8.99 for 1 piece of broccoli and 2 fries is crazy. Never been to a buffet and under 3 pays

Extremely disappointing experience for our entire family.
We visited Golden Harbor Buffet in Fresno with a group of about 16 people, excited to enjoy a nice dinner together. Unfortunately, the service was some of the worst we’ve ever experienced at any restaurant.
The woman at the front—who claimed to be the manager—was incredibly disrespectful from the moment we walked in. We had genuine questions about the pricing and seating, but her communication was extremely unclear. When we politely asked her to repeat herself, she raised her voice to the point of nearly yelling at us, with a very rude and unprofessional attitude.
Because she presented herself as the manager, there was no one above her to speak to, which made the situation even more frustrating.
Inside the dining area, the experience didn’t improve. For a restaurant with seating for over 200 people, they had only two bussers working. There were around 35–40 guests at the time, yet tables were not being cleared, plates piled up, and nobody came by with refills. The bussers were clearly overwhelmed, but one of them still gave us an attitude when we asked—politely—for drinks.
Our family has years of experience in the restaurant industry, so we understand how hard this business can be. We are not quick to leave negative reviews. But this was a situation where the poor service wasn’t just due to understaffing—it was due to unprofessional behavior, lack of communication, and a complete absence of proper management.
This place needs serious improvement in customer service, staffing, and management before we would ever consider coming back.

Staff in the front, super sweet and was really helpful. They have the basic buffet food like chowmein, orange chicken, garlic bread, etc. but not as flavorful, was definitely cold, and stale. while grabbing food i ask one of the staff what was the ingredient in this one food item, but instead of asking another staff to assist us, that staff just walked away from language barrier. the only reason i came to this buffet was cuz of the crab legs, but it was a disappointment. it’s like they never even bother to cook it thru, it was really cold.

Definitely one of my favorite lunch spots! Love the Ramen here, although I believe some of the cooks should wear gloves. I’ve had to ask two employees personally to wash their hands before preparing my Ramen just because of them serving food and not washing their hands. It’s always one of the biggest things that concern me. Other than that good food.
