Was there the other week contact them by email an phone never got a response back very upset spent over 20 bucks the cookies taste old were not good place was dirty very disappointed I have the receipt to prove it

Updated: 6/4/2022 We ordered another cookie cake for this weekend. Victoria was amazing and helpful with our pickup time and knowledgeable. She also decorated the cake for me and it was perfect! She did our son's cake last year too, and I always get compliments on how great they look! It was soft and fresh and so very delicious! Always my fave cakes!!Almost always a great experience!A couple weeks back, we got a cookie cake slice that was dry and ordered a cookie cake. When I picked it up they had missed adding the request for a double border so I asked that they add it. There was no one else in the store and it was a random weekday, not a busy day/time. I was given grief about it and told it would take 45 mins on the small cake. The younger guy acted like I was being difficult and unreasonable. The manager came out, offered to do it and was very quick. The cake was delicious!I ordered another 2 cakes today and Jack took the orders over the phone. He was very accommodating, helpful, and cheerful! Looking forward to them!

I have been wanting to try the stuffed Reese's cookie! They were sold out last time I went in. I called in and the worker was very kind and said he had stuffed Reese's available. =)~ I went to get it and he was very nice! Ordered 2. I used the rewards and got them free! Thank you! =) Great service and delicious cookies! Highly recommended!

I decided to place a dessert order for pick up, picked three brownies and some cookies. They are in the same hub as marble slab, it's probably the other side to their ice cream business. That business is much better and in the future that is where I will visit as I've also been there several times.The staff is kind and acknowledging of you when you enter. They wear masks and are busily working on each order. I really don't know now why I had to wait for this order bc it all tastes old. I thought I was waiting for it to be baked or something. All three brownies were hard, the ones I make at home are a lot better and about ten percent of the price. The cookies were okay, again for the price I would consider any of the other players in town before this one. Using the cookies with the ice cream side of their business, I can see ordering one. I'll be back to marble slab, but this place needs some work.

They lacked a 5 star due to feeling rushed to order. The young gal that helped us did not feel like she wanted to help us. We ordered single scoops of ice-cream never did she mention we can add items to our ice-cream or the process of the ordering process. My husband ordered a cookie n Cream sundae and thought it more was included but it was never mentioned we could fill the cup up with as much as we wanted. The gal had to ask the owner if what was half off today.... toddler kids pointed out the items they wanted to put in their ice-cream and then she told me it's only one item with kids scoop and then each additional item is .65 cents. Did not feel very friendly. This was our first visit here because we seen them on ABC 30 action news this afternoon mentioning half priced ice-cream. So, we decided to take the long drive from Sanger to come try. I think we will stay closer to Clovis next time. It was not worth the long drive. The ice-cream was decent but not worth the drive or the service.

My Son loves this place, the cookies and ice cream are great here especially when combined. Ice cream cakes are wonderful too and the service is outstanding.

Okay, we have been to this location before but only for the ice cream. Now they have added this cookie business. We enjoyed the cookie but the frosting they placed in between the 2 cookies was too sweet. Try the cookie ice cream sandwich instead. Good service. We will go back. Don't overlook their ice cream. Really good stuff!

Awful!!!! I am so disappointed with this place. Cookie looks so ugly I don't even want to present it. I ordered a cookie cake for Valentines Day and paid for it over the phone. We drove an hour to pick it up. Nothing I asked for was taken into consideration. I even waited for them to "fix" it, as I had given specific instructions to the OWNER on what I wanted it to say and look like but it was just awful! It ended up looking worse. Waste of money and waste of time!!!! Will never order from this place again!!!!!
