Came to Heavenly Freeze for the first time and was genuinely blown away with the amazing service and quality of product. Arianna helped me out today and she was so helpful and informative! If. I could give 6 stars, I would. Arianna answered every question I had and really gave me an amazing first time customer experience. Will be coming back for sure with all my friends and family. This place needs to expand with more employees like Arianna for sure!
So I brought my parents with me to Fresno to watch my niece play soccer. So after I treated my parents to some dessert I chose Heavenly freeze and it was a good choice..I had 1 scoop of cookie explosion with 1 scoop of country smores ice cream, with a chocolate chip cookie.Olivia was amazing behind the counter very helpful and explanatory, since it was my 1st time she made a very memorable one. The owner was super nice and helpful. He let us make our own ice cream sandwich with the cookies in the gas station. The matcha ice cream is the best!! I will be back again and again
