It was more "Tooters" than "Hooters" if you know what I mean. Anyways, food was real good, curly fries were okay, onion ring tower was delicious, but I cannot for the life of me remember what the name of the two weird sauces were named. Would come back though on a Wednesday for their unlimited wing special!

I think I first visited Hooters, Fresno about 2012. At that time it was a fun place to watch games or just hang out with friends! They hosted Monday Night Football parties w games & trivia, and if you were celebrating a special occasion it was for sure they were going to get you to stand on a chair & do a little act! The food was about what you would expect from a chain- ok. But the servers were friendly & made it a point to get around to all the tables to say "hi" so the guests felt special. But somehow over the course of 7 years, Hooters, Fresno lost their edge. The friendly service declined sharply. And with the addition of new restaurants in Riverpark that boasted better service with 10 times better food, Hooters was not able to compete. As of this date this venue is closed. I expect Hooters, Bakersfield to follow, as they have had consistently poorer customer service than Fresno & the same withering customer base.

I came in to order and was not helped. After 10 min of waiting, I decided to leave and order online. My order was cancelled because they were to busy to take any new orders. So I decided to order again 1 hour later and my order was cancelled AGAIN!

Please save your time and go elsewhere. We wanted a take out order. First, we called twice. Both times, we were placed on hold for long durations of time. Therefore, we decided to just go in and order to go at the bar. After waiting an additional 5 minutes to even have someone acknowledge us, we placed our order. It took over 30 minutes to get the order. No apologies, nothing. After driving 40 minutes to get home, I opened the bag and the order was wrong!!! This is the worst Hooters ever!

THEY HAVE ROACHES. NASTY!!!!!!! I was sitting at one of their booths and there is a server station right next to where I was sitting and on the back wall I saw something dark and small moving.... looked a little closer and it was roaches. I will never eat here again. They didn't have half of the stuff that was on their menu and the managers are a joke. Food is super greasy when it came out. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! If you do chose to waste your time here, don't sit next to the kitchen; cooks were cussing up a storm and yelling F bombs. Also the girls are not good for anything besides looking pretty.

Endless wings on Wednesdays were so good !! And our server Ashley was such a great server. She was training another girl and did such an amazing job!! I will come back for Ashley again!!
Ordered steak fries instead of regular fries. Still came out with regular fries. Server said it was her fault. Then waited 15 minutes foe the correct fries. I had to ask 2 separate times about them. Then when they were brought out the server didn't say a word. Didn't apologize for it taking so long nothing.

It was terrible food. Waitresses were nice though. Kids meal sliders were not cooked all the way. One of our drinks had a cherry pit which broke a tooth. Luckily the manager gave us our meals on the house.

Been awhile since I have been here. Better than I remember. My wings got misplaced. Things happen. The response was awesome. Explained everything, sympathetic, even threw in some extra wings. Mistakes happen, it's how you recover that makes the difference. No complaints from me. Great time with the wife.

Took an hour and 45 minutes to receive our food, horrible service as well. Not offered any refills for our drinks. Will definitely not be returning.
