My Baby Sis sent me lunch from HotBox, while we both are recovering from procedures, and it's OFF DA HOOK. Thanks Ms. G. And it was personally delivered hot by the owneršŸ‘ Doesn't get any better than thatšŸ˜‹šŸ˜‹

I live in Texas and this BBQ is fantastic!

The two meat plate and my wife's one meat plate was a lot of food, so we took it home and finished it in two additional meals.

The owner is pretty cool and let us sample a few other things on the menu. Ribs and tri-tip were really good.

It's a small place next to a gas station, but if you like Texas BBQ, I recommend it.

Authentic BBQ. Smoker is located near the front door so one can see where the meat comes from.

It's tied in with the liquor store and gas station. They will take EBT for hot food (they aren't supposed to do that). Some people have gotten food poisoning. You get what you pay for. It also EXTREMELY HOT inside.

We first tried The Station BBQ last year at one of the local wineries. We finally drove out to try them again while looking for food for our daughter's wedding. The service was great the portions were decent and delicious. The brisket fell apart and had a good flavor. The tri-tip was good with a nice bark but a little heavy on salt on some spots. The meat was a little zippy as well as the brisket beans. We were caught off guard with the Hawaiian Mac salad which was really good. Overall, good taste n great service. Was it $28 a platter worth? Maybe not, but it was good. I would recommend a couple slices of white bread and a pickle and some pickled onions to bring it together.

Not gonna lie, bbq was kinda dry. I was pretty disappointed. Hole in the wall BBQ place inside of a gas station. The workers are pretty friendly though.

Let’s the facts straight. This place is inside a gas station. There’s no formal dining area but they set up a table with some chairs for a few of us to eat.

With that said, this is some of the best BBQ in town. Great portions. The Brisket was tender, the hot link had spice but great flavor. Mac & cheese, brisket chili for sides and they were bomb. The only negative, was that the tri tip was a little dry, but some BBQ sauce solved that problem.

Don’t let the looks fool you. This food is worth the price.

I ate here before and it was bomb, today we went and it legit makes me sick just thinking about the overwhelming saltiness of the rib and the brisket was totally uneatable. My pitbull couldn't even rip off a piece. Smh!

Some of the best BBQ in Fresno. Small place, but great big flavors. The Brisket is some of the best I've ever had.
