First time in, was greeted with a welcome as soon as I walked in. The place wasn't too busy at the time. Looked like a good variety in menu since I'm not into spicy but I tried the place anyway. Staff was friendly and the place seemed very clean. I had the tortilla soup and it was tasty but a little too salty, which is usually perfect for most people. Great choice for lunch that day, I'll be back.

They have one of the best tortilla soups I’ve ever had! The sandwich was also amazing. The food overall is excellent, and the customer service was warm and attentive. Definitely a spot worth coming back to!

The food is always fresh and delicious! The people who work here are super friendly and came around to make sure we didn’t need anything. The restaurant is always super clean when we come in. Would definitely recommend to stop by and try out the sandwich and cheese fries you will not be disappointed!!

Always love coming here for a bit of spice and chicken with amazing tenderness. I always get the southwest salad with an extra tender and its beyond delicious! Highly recommend

The cashier who helped me was so kind and welcoming! I wish I would have gotten her name however she was 1 of 2 girls- one with dark hair and one with lighter hair, it was the girl with the lighter hair who was so friendly and helpful, and in the times we live where customer service isn’t what it use to be, she is the reason why I would return to your establishment!

My experience at Houston Hot Chicken was great, Kyren took my order and made me feel welcomed. He recommended the chocolate shake for me which was excellent! The food and customer service was on point and I will be coming back!
