As someone that just quit as prep cook, I highly recommend nobody eat here. It's the dirtiest kitchen I've seen, with bugs and mice. I got a write up for throwing away old chicken that smelt so bad it made me want to throw up. I was told I should rinse it off next time. That's not how bacteria works. They would rather put small profits over the customers health and their egos above their employees. Was told by the kitchen manager they don't do meal break violations (state law), then by the GM that I can't eat on my ten minute break which I wasn't even taking a full one, let alone the two I should've. Moved a new prep cook in that consistently messed up items and fell behind and it was put on me to pick up the slack. Their already slowing down due to inconsistent food quality and poor management. If they had managers that knew basics like state labor laws and how to order and pick hires they'd have less issues. Since they don't and probably won't, I won't be shocked when this place closes.

Very long wait for a table. Once seated, we waited 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged by a server. Two people in our party are servers and were upset at the lack of service - commented how it's not acceptable. The food was average and priced moderately. It was a very average experience outside of the long wait times. We wished we had gone to McDonald's instead. The quality of the food did not outweigh the negative experience of waiting so long for the table, and then to order and then to wait for the food.

Parking: Had to park by the motel because the lot was full.

Moved my Daughter here to California State University of Fresno. Decided to eat lunch and we saw Huckleberries we stopped in. Only reason for Four Stars for the food is because they don't have a Gluten Free Option. My Daughter had the hot Spicy chicken sandwich, her boyfriend got the steak sandwich, and my self I got the omlet Build your Own and a cup of fruit. The price isn't really that bad for the awesome quality of the food.
Alyssa was an awesome server....on point...with everything.

Dietary restrictions: No selection of Gluten Free items that is a bummer

We got a Big Cheesy, hash brown, and fries with a strawberry lemonade. Waiter Haley never checked on us after we got our food. Food was mediocre at best. We were better off going to in n out. At least the burger would've been 10/10 and the employees at in n out are more attentive and caring.
We had to get another waiter's attention and ask for our tab and box before she came out with our tab and box.

* Upon entering the restaurant, it didn't smell appetizing like a restaurant would normally smell when you enter. It smelled like cleaning products. Should have left then. That part, was our fault. *

Decent breakfast place with a cajun twist.
Update: Came for the corned beef hash, and they don't serve it anymore. ?

Great experience here ? had the shrimp Po boy sandwich, it was very good ? I recommend. The prices seem a little high, but they're reasonable for the massive portion sizes that they give, I couldn't finish the sandwich. The service was rather quick as well. I'd suggest a visit ?

Steak, hashbrowns, scram eggs, BB Muffin and potatoes plate. All was good except for the steak. It was tough and had a lot of gristle through it which caused the 4 star. The service was good however and made the almost 3 start rating to a 4 star rating.

Parking: Parking was challenging to find, but found one after some looking and driving around.
