This is one of my favorite places to go however this was my first time to this new location in downtown Fresno. Although the food was good the restaurant was extremely hot. To be honest the temperature seem to be the same inside as it was outside. I ordered a bowl and wanted to eat at the location however, It was so hot I had to pack my stuff up and get in my car. I went home to finish my salad because I couldn't believe that there was no difference in temperature from being inside the building to when I walked outside. Overall the service was very good and the food tasted amazing however I would not be coming back to this location because it's too hot and in the valley AC is a necessity.

Not only is the cleanest and healthiest chance for food in Fresno-its family owned and operated and the customer service side is just as good as the food. Hard taking my family out and trying to find healthy option- and affordable ones.
Ordered via Uber Eats. They had a BOGO free deal going on their rice bowls. Ordered for the whole family and spent over $100. The rice was so overcooked and crunchy it was unbelievable. All the bowls were like this. The taste was alright, but the rice made it inedible. It was obviously old rice or just very overcooked. Extremely disappointed and makes sense why these were BOGO..

As a vegetarian (like me) it is often difficult to find fast, healthy food. At Hummus Republic, not only DO they have everything I could ever want...it's fast, healthy, and fresh! They have steak and chicken for my friends as well, so you only have to come here with an appetite! I could eat this food morning, noon, and night, every day!

Updated review: Food and service are both fantasitic. Rotating hummus selection is interesting and always good. Love the customization options. Manager personally apologized for the one less than excellent experience I had, which turned out to be just circumstantial poor timing. Will be back.

This place is kind of a Chipotle style, BUT. Let me tell u wayyyyy better!! The serving sizes r great not counted pieces of meat like at other places that sell u one bite size of meat for $15. U get a very good portion here i highly recomend to try everything its all worth it!! Plus customer service is nice, everyone is friendly and smiling love this place!!
Many flavors that are not over powering. We have a new favorite! It’s so good you don’t want to stop eating and don’t feel guilty for overeating. It’s light and delicious with big portions. Top notch quality above board. And the pita chips are so much better than the bread or store bought. The hummus is incredible and that’s coming from a picky eater. Run don’t walk to this place!! 10/10
