The best pan fried noodles. Fresh flavor-able dishes. No two dishes taste the same. The staff is wonderful and make you feel welcome. My friend travels now on Wednesdays so that he can go to Human's during his travels.Just love it.

There are a lot of Chinese restaurants in Fresno, but this one is unique because the style of cooking reminds my husband of his birth country. It's very authentic and delicious! The boiled fish was spicy af like damn what a kicker. 10/10. Took that baddie home with some rice and it's perfect. The house chow mein is great too! The two person dinner specials is where it be at!

I recently moved to Fresno a few months back and we love restaurant hopping. So far haven’t found anything decent out here. Had a WHOLE bunch of people tell me how “good” this Chinese place is and I took it with a grain of salt cause you can’t trust peoples opinions and taste buds. I know nothing will be like NYC food but atleast can it be decent food? Nope. It was disgusting. My fiancé didn’t finish his beef and broccoli. When I took a bite I almost threw up.. The orange chicken tasted like a sour ginger chicken and was super spicy, it tasted weird but more tolerable than the beef and broccoli atleast. My daughter never ate it tho. The wings had no flavor on it. No seasonings not even salt. They just threw that in the fryer and said F it. So our rating for beef and broccoli was 1.5/10..orange chicken 3/10 and wings was 2/10.$50 for 2 plates and an appetizer (wings). None of the plates come with rice or any type of sauce FYI to anyone new coming here. I ain’t coming here again though. ??

I have finally found my go to Chinese restaurant in the Fresno area!! I grabbed takeout on my way home from work and was pleasantly impressed with the quality and flavor of the entrees. The orange chicken was all white meat, high quality chicken and the sauce was wonderfully savory, tangy and citrusy. The Hunan beef was the best I’ve had in years! The beef was sliced super thin which made the pieces delicate and tender and the sauce was out of this world with umami. We also ordered vegetable chow mein which was a great compliment to the two main dishes. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back and sampling some of their other offerings!!

This place is nice. I've taken my Husband twice and we do not recommend the fried rice or the chow mein... very very disappointing. Everything else is spectacular! My favorite is the Jasmine Tea.

Heard some good reviews about this place. Mongolian beef was good. Do not get pan fried noodles al a carte. Chow mein next time for us. Do not get sizzling rice soup either not for the price.
We are from out of town and just took a chance at a restaurant close to the motel. OMG, talk about grea food excellent service. You get all that at Hunan's.Kid-friendliness: Waitress was exceptional!!

Very good service. Excellent service. Our server Mr Pablo was attentive & took care of our requests. Food was nice & spicy. The two soups were my favorite. The two noodles were good were. Beef broccoli was good too. Sweeten shrimp was a favorite for some. Spicy chicken was also a top favorite too. Spicy tofu 9/10 score ??
