Lady at the front was rude, not very communicative or approachable at all. Displeased with the service, the banner outside stating ebt accepted is misleading. Tables dirty. Rather go to another location. Very disappointed this used to be a decent spot to dine in . Staff doesn't smile. Not friendly. Need to update their menu prices.

This is about a call I had with an employee. September 27th @ 6:40 i try to call the location on Kings Canyon 4 times however I keep getting the message “we’re sorry this call cannot be completed as dial”. I called the location on Shaw and the conversation started ok. I advised the other number was not working and the male who was on the phone tried to belittle me and ask “well why dont you go in? What do you want me to do about it” i was just a customer trying to order ahead and was concerned they may be loosing potential customer orders. But being dealt with this horrible rude exchange i dont think i will ever go back to any of the locations and take my business elsewhere.

Don't order for pick up. They tend to slack off on making the food. Order 4 sandwiches and they mess up on two of the sandwiches. I literally reminded the lady to not forget the tofu 3 x and they still got it wrong.

This is a chain restaurant but it's good. The location we visit most is on Fresno and Shaw but the food is the same. This location (Kings Canyon and Clovis) was very hot and stuffy when we dined there. They had a huge industrial fan going so it was pretty noisy. Overall, still a good place to eat at for Pho and Bahn Mi.

Pho is hit or miss. But their vietnamese sandwich are the best!!!! Number 12 original and grilled pork. Its a must get vietnamese sandwich. They also sell to go items like steam bun and dessert like pandan waffles etc. Depending on what they have out so cant say specifically what they have on to go at the cashier. Always a place to sit. Sad they removed the walls, i liked the privacy. Honestly, i have not yet eat their rice plates so im rating base on pho and vietnamese sandwich and their to go items that i usually eat. Boba is average good as usual. Great customer service tho, they walk around to refill cups with water.

Their foods are pretty good. Prices match what's going on in the economy at this time, I guess - pricey. Not much service. You can pay and than eat. They serve you food and that's it. Maybe sometimes when you're there, they'll ask if you want water refill but that's it. My complaint is their porkchop. Don't expect a large piece. They provide one porkchop and sometimes, it's mostly fat. Don't get their porkchop if you're hungry! Pho1 and 75 are the onlyb2 places that gives you 2 porkchops.
