Ordered combination pho #28. The order was taken quickly and the food was brought to the table quickly as well.
The vegetables - the bean sprouts were fresh, there were lemons instead of limes, the basil was turning colors and slimy (asked for more basil and it was mostly green), the jalapeños had a slimy white coating on them (Did see them replace the entire plastic box with new jalapeños from the fridge once the previous box was done).
The meats - steak was good, tendon did not taste fresh, meatballs were okay, tripe tasted old as well.
The pho - broth was not full of flavor, no complexity or individuality to the restaurant, it was also not as hot as you would expect pho to be.
The noodles - EXTREMELY PROBLEMATIC, tasted like the smell of weevils in rice (if you’ve ever smelled or tasted rice or rice noodles that have been in the vicinity of weevils or have been invaded by weevils, you will understand immediately), were more done (soft) than expected for pho. Also saw a sign that said ‘Extra Noodles Free’ - Have not seen that previously. Typically extra noodles cost about a fourth of the pho itself. Curious if the extra noodles were offered for free because there is an excess of noodles that have been purchased and visited by weevils.
Overall - lack of flavor and freshness, no quality assurance in place, fast service.

This place has to be the Best Pho place in Fresno hands down! 🙌 👍👌 💯 😌 Haha well imo that is now... There's so many options of Asian dishes on the menu. And their BBQ Pork Bahn mi sandwiches are hella 🔥 and so delicious as heck too!!! 😋 But make sure you get it togo for later though. It's a pretty spacious restaurant and family friendly as well too. 😊 And to top it off that now... it's right by the highway too! Haha just right after you eat and just hit the highway and your home free. 🏡

I had Vermicelli w grilled pork, shrimp, & eggrolls. Found a strange item in the salad portion of the plate after 3 bites in. Could NOT finish the rest of my food. Had to trash it. Food was bland and definitely NOT made fresh. The whole meal was disgusting! Wasted my money.

called for takeout and picked up some banh mi. their bread is perfect! crunchy but flakey french bread. they put a good amount of meat and pickled veggies too

Great service - they were able to accommodate a couple picky eaters, and redid a dish that we accidentally ordered wrong (totally our fault, misread the menu). Food was really good - we had a pho, bun, and a rice plate, and all of us left stuffed and happy. We'll be back soon!
This is my family’s go-to pho in Fresno! The service is always kind, fast, and professional, and they have a good variety of delicious dishes, from pho to other noodle soups such as hu tieu, to rice plates, and even banh mi (Vietnamese sandwich)! I always look forward to coming here especially on days where I’m craving pho as their pho broth is sooooo good!
