I went here with some friends for lunch. It's a very laid-back place ,which I like. Lots of seating server was nice and patient with us. because it was our first time there, and we didn't know what some of the items were, he explained in detail.I had the Thai shrimp rice plate. It was good mild flavors. The only thing is that most of the shrimp was not cleaned out from their poop lol. It's not totally a big deal...but you know. If more attention was paid to that fact, it probably would have been 5 stars. My plate and my other friends had to clean their shrimp

Good quality, consistent Vietnamese food. The beef pho is consistently good, the meat always fresh and well proportioned. Ban Mi is on point and their boba drinks are made with real tea (Thai Tea included). As for the service, it’s a non factor…you don’t go to these places because of the service…

No other place beats their phô and sandwiches. The broths are consistently clean and flavorful with perfectly prepared and sliced meats and toppings. The sandwiches are great too, but over the years they have become a little inconsistent in preparation style. Some of their staff skimps on the sliced ham, but they do have the best meats and all quality, fresh ingredients. They rate five stars because up and down California, no one beats their culinary standards and fresh ingredients. Staff could smile more, but works hard and is very focused to get your order done.

Huong Lan originates in the San Jose area. They have at least two restaurants here in Fresno. It’s a dependable place for quality Vietnamese pho, banh mi & noodles. The food always tastes fresh and is served in generous portions. Very fast & friendly service. Definitely a good entry point into Vietnamese food if it’s new to you.This location works well for to either meet for lunch or just to grab a quick, healthy bowl of pho. Just grab a menu and pick a seat. They’ll come around to take your order. And then pay at the cash register when you’re done.

My husband placed an online order not realizing that the only location that takes online orders is the other one across town on Fresno street. When I showed up to pick up the order here, we discovered that the order was placed at the wrong location. The nice cashier at the front, Jill, called the other location to cancel and refund the order so we can place the order and pay at this location that we meant to order at. It was completely our mistake and they fixed it, just like that. Gave them over 50% tip for the help. Love their food! Thank you Jill!

The broth was absolutely delicious, the meat properly cooked, it was literally so soft it can almost melt in your mouth. I got a beef pho combination, it was very savory. The only thing that was "okay" was the spring rolls, I feel they could be better. But nonetheless pho was delicious
