I never go for the pho, everyone has their favorites and this place isn't mine. The sandwiches are great though, nice and fresh. Typical pho restaurant vibes but the service can be a hit or miss. If they get busy theyll forget about you; no menu, no order.

Huonglan#9 at 4965 N Fresno St is a fantastic spot for anyone craving a bowl of delicious pho! The pho here is absolutely wonderful—rich, flavorful broth with tender meat and perfectly cooked noodles. The flavors are well-balanced, and the portion sizes are generous.
What really stands out is the freshness of the ingredients. The herbs, bean sprouts, and lime are always fresh, adding that perfect touch of crunch and zest to every bite. The restaurant is cozy, and the service is friendly and efficient.
If you're a pho lover or just in the mood for a comforting, satisfying meal, Huonglan#9 is definitely worth checking out. Highly recommend it for the pho alone—it's some of the best I've had in Fresno!

The customer service was very good. Pricey as a bowl of pho can already be $18-20. Portions used to be big, however this time I felt like they didnt put enough noodles. Entrance is through the parking lot side if you have never been there before.
DO NOT GET GRILLED PORK PLATE
its like a meatloaf, the one they put in the sandwich. I think they just heat it in the microwave.
GET THE PORK CHOP PLATE, its the one with the bone on.
Menu is ugly, doesnt have photos for every option.

Small regional chain of casual Vietnamese food. Good choice for quick meals to either eat in the restaurant with a small group or get to go. You can pre-order online or by calling in. In addition to a nice selection of noodle and rice dishes plus sandwiches, they also have a variety of spring rolls and other yummy appetizers. My favorites are the Banh Bao, Vietnamese Steamed Pork Buns, with boiled egg and sausage. Sesame balls are also on the table next to the register. Dining room has a mix of booths and movable tables & chairs. Main door looks like a back entrance but that’s the right way in.

I have peanut allergies, warned the workers about it, and was still served peanut sauce ? Proceeded to throw up my entire meal in the bathroom and still had to pay
This place does not pay attention to food allergies! Me and my girlfriend went to eat lunch here on 10/1/2024 and my girlfriend had let the waiter know that she was allergic to peanuts. we ordered the #22 spring rolls and asked for a substitution sauce but the substitution sauce still ended up having peanuts in it. My girlfriend had to throw up 3 times within the next half hour and the restaurant still made us pay for everything despite their negligence. never going here again. my girlfriend could have died!

I live in the bay area but I have family members that live in Fresno. This place has one of the best pho I have ever tried. The broth is steamy hot and flavorful. The portion is do generous. Not only the pho noodles is really good, their appetizers are amazing too! Their servers are friendly and attentive. The restaurant is really clean and I love the ambience there. They also have wide variety for different drinks. There are a lot of free parking. The only not 100% positive thing I will say is that the restrooms are extremely stuffy and hot like sauna.
Best pho in town and I highly recommend!

Some of the best Chow Mein shrimp and chicken I have had since Imperial Garden, that unfortunately is closed. Customer service is on point. I'm going back to experience the pho and fried rice. Some had said the sandwiches were good. Will see. I'm in town for a week and will go back gladly.

One of my favorite places to visit when I’m in Fresno. Their sandwiches are what drew me in but everything I have tried is so good. Their pho is good, their drinks, their nem nuong/vietnamese grilled pork sausage spring rolls are SO good. They have their own sauce for their spring rolls that I’ve only seen here. I’ll stop be every time I’m in town/near the area. I’m trying their to go plates for the first time and I’m excited. Absolutely recommend if you love Vietnamese food

Looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine? This is the place! Menu offers their signature sandwiches, to scrumptious rice and noodle bowls to amazing soups. I even order their hot milk coffee which is the best coffee ever!! This is a great place for families or friends to get a bite. I go here with my husband many times. It's quite popular and never have we had to wait real long for a table. Pricing is reasonable. Staff is friendly. Yes there are bathrooms and free Wi-Fi. Highly recommend even for vegetarians and all who like to eat healthy.
