I ordered grilled pork and grilled pork with pork skin sandwiches. Both were super dry and didn't have the brown paste in it. I honestly don't know why the meat is called grilled pork in both sandwiches when the grilled pork meat looked like dry shreds of pork. The other sandwich had some.kind of meat that was molded together with something else. It was definitely different and not actually grilled pork as the name of the sandwich. Both sandwiches I rate it 1/10

Food, service, atmosphere, all that is here. Some of the best bowls of pho in Fresno for the price. The eggrolls are absolutely fire. The bahn mi don't get no better than you get it here. I come here a couple to a few times a month since I work just up the street. Some days I pick up and some days I go and eat alone to just get away from the world for a bit. Service is quick, the inside is clean. Dine in or take out, Huong Lan is fantastic at keeping your tummy happy. :)

The vermicelli bowls--they forget that Asians know what goes in these bowls. Barely any veggies and NO basil or mint. Basil makes a huge difference.Have not gone there for years but didn't have time to go across town so made do and not thrill confirming the past.

I usually come to this place for pho in Fresno/Clovis area. I do really like the pho, which usually come out in less than 10 minutes. For pho, my usual is Rare Steak, Flank And Tendon, but the other versions of this are also good. I also like getting banh min to-go. Service is overall pretty fast, and they come by to check on you a couple times during your meal. It's also usually pretty busy there, but I haven't had to wait for a seat yet. I only give 3 stars, because I've attempted to order Bun Bo Hue a few times, but they have told me each time that they're out of the noodles.

Best Banh Mi I've had so far in Fresno/Clovis, and I have a lot of experience being from SJ where almost 10-15% of the population is Viet so you know the stores staying open are legit. Good sized baguette that doesn't cut your mouth like Lee's, delicious Daikon, reasonable prices, meat cooked perfectly. Wish they offered delivery though!

My wife and I were craving pho while passing through Fresno on our way to Yosemeti. This spot was amazing! Clear and smooth tasting broth, and the portions were very generous for our pho dac biet. Egg rolls were solid and their nuoc mam was fresh tasting.Would recommend this place for anyone who wants authentic Vietnamese flavors!
