Attention owner: I have been a long time customer, today on 12/29/2025 at approximately 5:10-5:30pm I went in to order some food, and the Asian lady was rude, this is not the first time, but today I asked for a small bag ,and she just tossed it to me 😢, and when my order was up, I got my food and said thank you, and she didn't acknowledge me, I'm not sure if she is like that we me, or have other customers have had that issue with this asian lady, you want to be respected as a customer and vice versa, if this continues, I'll probably end up finding another fas food japanese restaurant that respects theit customers, the older Asian man is nice,

Buy far one of the best sushi places I’ve been to in a while. I love spicy tuna rolls, it’s hard to find a good one, and this place has in my opinion one of the best. I ended up eating two whole rolls that’s how good it was, it was very affordable (Ok I am revising my review this is actually the best sushi place I’ve ever been to)

Got me a katsu teriyaki plate and my wife a grilled teriyaki chicken bowl it was delicious great portions of food could not finish all of it the katsu chicken was crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside the grilled chicken was so tender as well had a great flame grilled taste the rice was perfect and the teriyaki sauce was great the lady working the counter was very and helpful as well restaurant was clean and prices were great thank you for the awesome food I will be back for more soon

EDIT: I have moved states and I'm devastated I can't eat here anymore. Whenever I come back into town to visit, I always come back here. This is a hill I would die on EVERY time. Best California Rolls EVER.

I love Ichiban. Everything I have ever ordered there is delicious. We usually order the teriyaki beef and chicken plate, beef udon and one of the sushi rolls and share. The combination plate comes with salad, rice and tempura veggies on the side, all of which are amazing. The salad comes with in house sesame dressing and the teriyaki sauce is a perfect blend of sweet and savory. The rice in the sushi has just the right amount of seasoning, we can't get enough of it. They are closed on the weekends but worth the drive midweek for sure. The servings are generous and do not disappoint. We will be back again and again.
