I love Ichiban. Everything I have ever ordered there is delicious. We usually order the teriyaki beef and chicken plate, beef udon and one of the sushi rolls and share. The combination plate comes with salad, rice and tempura veggies on the side, all of which are amazing. The salad comes with in house sesame dressing and the teriyaki sauce is a perfect blend of sweet and savory. The rice in the sushi has just the right amount of seasoning, we can't get enough of it. It has been sometime since I’ve been here. Prices have went up food is still good but overall, I don’t mind paying for good food. I do have something to point out cash is king aka you will be charged more for using your card vs pay with cash.
It is my first time here. I went inside the restaurant and it looked pretty small. The lady who took my order sound rude with attitude. I was like, okay...But anyway, I ordered chicken udon noodle to go, and I have never thought that it would be a small bowl for 14 bucks. The noodles texture was prefect chewing, and the broth tasted good. Anyone who hasn't tried it yet, go check it out for yourself.
