Bad service. They didn't give me cutlery to eat my breakfast or a spoon for my coffee. Also, the woman who served me was very rude, He charged me $16 for three pancakes and a single cup of coffee (the coffee was about $5), which was disrespectful. Trust me, there are better places to go for breakfast, don't come here, it's fourth-rate I demand a solution. He wanted me to pay him for something I did not do. All so as not to suffer reprisals. Please, I demand a solution to everything.

Terrible service! took over 10 minutes after being seated to get any service. Didn’t ask what drinks we wanted or anything mind you there was only maybe like 6 occupied tables so it wasn’t busy in there at all and by the time we finally got a waitress she told us they were out of a lot of stuff. we just ended up walking out

Haven't been to IHOP in a while. Pancakes weren't all that good. Service was outstanding though. Men's bathroom smelled badly of mold and funk!!!
Food was cold took about 45 minutes to get food the cashier only charged 1 order and I notified that there was a roach actually pointed it out to waitress nothing was done the roach went about it's way into the kitchen I know they could have done better being such a popular place I was very surprised my boyfriend said Never again will he go there and this is the most honest review they will get I suggest the owner look at his cameras to see this is no lie

My family of and I (4 total) sat down and our order was placed. THREE families that came in 20, 25 mins AFTER us recieved all of thier meal and were eating while we sat there looking like complete fools. It was embarrassing. I spoke with the so-called manager Leo and asked for the District manager's number WHICH HE REFUSED TO DO. In fact he left me standing there looking like a complete fool. I have filed a complaint with Ihop HQ and wait to hear from them. Been going there FOR YEARS especially my elderly father and I. Sad that this place has deteriorated in service as it has....
