If I could give ZERO stars I would. Yvette the manager was so incredibly rude to the employees. They are working on CHRISTMAS DAY she should be a lot more nicer. You guys need to have a talk with her and reevaluate who you have as managers. I didn’t even order food after witnessing what she was doing. Do better IHOP. Might need to tell your manager Yvette to find a new job one that will take her bitter and disgusting attitude

Bad service. They didn't give me cutlery to eat my breakfast or a spoon for my coffee. Also, the woman who served me was very rude, He charged me $16 for three pancakes and a single cup of coffee (the coffee was about $5), which was disrespectful. Trust me, there are better places to go for breakfast, don't come here, it's fourth-rate I demand a solution. He wanted me to pay him for something I did not do. All so as not to suffer reprisals. Please, I demand a solution to everything.

Terrible service! took over 10 minutes after being seated to get any service. Didn’t ask what drinks we wanted or anything mind you there was only maybe like 6 occupied tables so it wasn’t busy in there at all and by the time we finally got a waitress she told us they were out of a lot of stuff. we just ended up walking out
