It’s Boba Time - Fresno

Good and refreshing boba. They have a lot to choose from but missing some that other boba places offer.

I always go here for Acai bowls, they always have really good presentation, beautifully assorted fruit and I highly recommend the dragonfruit acai bowls and the Honeydew Boba! Staff is always kind, I always use the kiosk to order but the staff are speedy and polite. The place is small and there’s not much seating when busy but a cute little hang out for lunch. They have a lot of drink selections and a point system you can use to get good deals. It’s very refreshing after a gym session 10/10

Yalls fr need training in customer service. No need to roll your eyes because YOU guys messed up my drink. Happened on 3/12/25 round 5pm.

Good boba but workers are a little rude the past two times I've gone with my friends.

I love their matcha boba. The strawberry matcha has just the right amount of sweetness. The Pistachio matcha frappe is great as well. I liked the strawberry fruit bowl shaved ice. I did not like their house tea or matcha shaved ice through. I would definitely recommend.

Worst boba place ever!!! I highly do not recommend this place to anyone! I ordered just one drink and I waited 30 minutes for the drink. I was literally inside waiting to hear my name the whole time or either my order number. I kept seeing people coming in and out of the shop and thought how come my order is not out yet. I waited patiently for 30 minutes until I finally went up to the front to ask about my order. This is when one of the cashier told me she made the drink already and has called my name multiple times. I was like this does not make sense. I was here waiting the whole time and did not hear my name or order. This is insane and I tell you I never have this issue at other boba places. Also, this is my second time with the same issues. I am never coming back to this boba shop nor recommending to anyone!

Only complaint i have is there is a disconnect between boba time and grub hub. We're the orders don't go through and the driver has to wait longer. But there frosty milk with strawberry is what has me hooked.

Every time I come here the people are rude, no one smiles or says hello. It’s more like “what do you want???” The drinks are good but the attitude alone makes you not want to bother. If you hate your job so much why work here?

I got the same drink as usual and this time it tasted and smelt like a cleaning solution. Really disappointed 😞 also the drink had a foam on top which I've never seen it like this before

Staff afraid to (or straight up just don't) acknowledge customers standing at the counter on every occasion I have been here. Just give me robots or a vending machine or something. I'll just stick with the numerous other boba places in town (Seventea is very welcoming)

I love the strawberry coconut boba drinks me and bf always get drinks here everytime we go out I like the people that work here they are nice and welcoming

Parking: If you want front store parking you can rarely get it but hey there is alot of parking lots around it ?
