It’s a jack in the box, so food is good. My review is more to reflect the atmosphere/environment. There is a large group of vagrants/homeless and they harass people. One of them tried to steal my bike in front of me and broke my brake handle. I would recommend you just go through the drive through with your doors locked

Every time even if it's mini choreos or a combo they always send us up front and take 10 30 minutes. At that's what we were put thru again. Never buy anything from Jack and the no crack

Horrible customer service! At drive-thru started off my order with a jumbo sausage breakfast platter. The employee is arguing with me that it only comes with bacon , WHEN THE NAME OF THE PRODUCT IS "JUMBO SAUSAGE BREAKFAST PLATTER!" If it only came with bacon it would not be called the jumbo breakfast sausage breakfast platter! It does give you the option of bacon, but again it is jumbo sausage breakfast platter you moron. Worse yet, when he asked me what I wanted to order I told him and then he realized he forgot to clear the $35 order from the last car in the drive-thru. So after a minute or two of him playing around with the computer, while I waited, he already forgot what I ordered and I had to repeat it again. This guy doesn't give a crap and he needs to find a job somewhere else like picking up trash on the side of the highway. You don't need my money and you won't miss my money but I won't be back Jack
They have a special on the Breakfast Platter for 3.99. When I placed my order it came up over 7 dollars. I showed her the poster on the windows for the special. After asking another employee they still couldn't get it right. I left and decided to try the one on Kings Canyon in front of SF Supermarket. No one at the counter. Stood there while people looked over at me but No Acknowledgement that I was even there. Customer Service is a huge issue and that's why you business's are not doing what they could be doing. I picked up and Uber eats order from there the lady there was not paying attention to us not helping anyone I was there for like 20-30 minutes and she was very rude and then when she finally came to us I told her I have an order to pick up for a customer and then when they brought it they left the bag open and I just literally told them that it was for Uber so I felt disrespected there and the lady look like she was just tired and not in a good mood
Another BAD drive thru experience. Picture this scenario.

I pull in back of this car. He then goes to the window to pay. After submitting my order. I am waiting for him/ her to get their food.
10 minutes pass by and all I see is the employee telling something to the driver but without giving out any food. The car drives away and I’m next. They charge me and after giving me my change they ask for me to go and park in the waiting parking and that they will bring out my order. I proceed. As I park I see the car that was in front of me now also waiting next to me. 15 minutes later they bring out the food to both of us at the same time. Overall my total wait today was 25 minutes at this particular drive thru. It’s just not a good morning for me. I hope yours turns out to be better.

This is now the third time I have tried going after I get off work at 4 am and they are always "shut down", you can't, be definition be a 24 hour and have periods of no service.

I'm not sure where to start. Upon entry my feet stuck to the floor. The entire restaurant is filthy. Every single table was dirty. The floor was dirty. The windows and checkout area was dirty. I should have turned around at that point, I know. But we decided to order anyway🤦.
The register lady was nice when I asked someone to clean a table for us. We finally received our food after about 20 minutes. I ordered the chicken strips meal. My first bite was like rubber. I attempted to take another bite, but I couldn't even bite thru it. It was like rubber. Super weird. Grossed me out. I asked if I could please exchange the chicken for a burger. The burger she gave me was warm. My husband's fries were stale and cold. The tacos were burnt. Total waste of money. I should have trusted my instincts when I first walked in. This place needs some real help. I will neva eva eva, eva eva, eat here again .

Took my wife and daughter for dinner. We really like the food Jack in the box has. But this location was the worst I've been to. Food was not good chicken strips were rubber Fry's tasted old or stale. Place was dirty no clean tables and trash every where. Will NEVER come BACK to this location again.

I had been craving some jack in the box tacos all day so I had placed an order through the app for pickup. I waited forever in the drive through forever to be told they did not have an order under my name, I double checked my app and the address and started to ask if it was the correct address when the lady rudely cut me off and repeated again she doesn’t have an order under my name. And to give it 10 minutes to see if it will come through so I asked if she wanted me to come to the window and again she cut me off and said “ok thanks!” I pull up to the window where the lady (Patricia V.) still had a very frustrating and unfriendly attitude. She said she still did not get my order through and asked what I had ordered and then just said “yeah I don’t have that” go park and wait to see if it comes through and I will bring it to you. I parked and it came out surprisingly fast which was nice but my bad had ripped and I had also noticed I had gotten a medium soda instead of the large that I paid for. So I went inside and asked for another bag and explained that I had ordered a large not a medium soda, she tried to tell me that they changed the sodas and that one I had was actually “now the large” as I’m looking at the stacks of cups I told her “no, that one is the large, this one is a medium” which I know she knew. Not sure why she’d rather lie to me instead of fixing the problem. She tried to again tell me that no that is an XL soda. so I asked her if that’s an XL then why is there only a small medium and large on their menu? Then she said “they just told me about it” Such a weird and petty thing of her to do. I’ve been going to this location for 10 years now. Never again. Not to mention the tweakers that wait at your window to beg for money. Patricia V doesn’t need to be working customer service if she’s going to be rude for no damn reason.
