Through the drive through...ordered some food 2:45 am what's that Saint Agnes all day my wife hadn't eaten so I stopped at Jack In The Box or the the meat burrito with some french fries my son ordered a number one my wife all she wanted was onion rings and we got home big bag of onion rings was burnt couldn't even eat them so I called the restaurant their mailbox was full wouldn't take any messages that's a bummer not professional at all anyway I plan on driving there tomorrow and let the manager know what happened poor food good service though the lady at the drive-thru window walk the food out to the number one slot where she told us to park set the service is great but the food is lousy

I’m deeply upset by the experience I had at Jack in the box. One of the employees she work at night shift treated me in a way that was clearly racially biased she target my community she act like she is racist— from dismissive behavior to unprofessional comments that made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. No one should have to tolerate this kind of discrimination, especially in a public setting like a restaurant

I am a delivery driver. I came for pickup late night here the employee treat me very bad . They disrespect me abuse me by my country name.it's also disrespect for my community as well . You guys need more manners how to talk with others. i want to connect with store owner and manager as well. This wasn’t just poor service — it was targeted and unacceptable. I hope the management takes immediate steps to address this issue and train their staff on basic respect and inclusivity..

The manager Sydney, I believe her name is is one of the most unprofessional, inconsiderate and disrespectful managers I’ve ever come across she was so unwilling to even hear me out on what the problem with my order was she made 100 excuses on why not to remake it or refund it even though I had the food there and the receipt and I was being respectful and patient, but she wasn’t. She gave me attitude and unwillingness to even hear Customer so her job is to lose customers. She’s doing a damn good job.
