Here In fresno for work spent 2 weeks went to this jack in the box 2 times and had the croissant breakfast sandwich and it was horrible food the croissant was not croissanty you know like moist and flaky more like pieces of white bread. Not once but twice so I've learned my lesson and will go elsewhere.

The food was great the workers were great. It did take a little long for our food, and it ended up coming in bags, even though we told them it was to eat there. There were homeless people frequently walking by, and didn't feel very safe, but it's on a main thoroughfare in a semi large city.

They specialize in long waits at this drive thru. Been coming here YEARS and it’s been a problem the last 2. It’s average Jack in the Box food. Staff is generally friendly. Do not come to this drive thru if you need to be somewhere because as I write this I’ve been in the line 15 minutes. Couldn’t back out because of other cars. Idk why I came. I knew it was going to happen.Parking: Can be tricky to move around the parking area if the drive thru line is long.

Poor service they take so long to get your order ready ,if your in a hurry for lunch this is not the place ,they take long periods of time to assist or get the order ready.People don't know what there doing , I waited 30 mins for my order an the lady before me waited longer it's ridiculous.They need faster service or people who actually work instead of stand around .

Ordered kids meal. Menu board says $4.99. Rang up at. $5.29. I let order taker know but didn't ask for manager who was there but not helping the crew. We wanted apple sauce as menu offers. Not available. Sub fries were cold with dark residue from some burned food. Chicken strips hot. Dr Pepper yummy. Service time taking order and delivery over 9 minutes. That's pretty slow. Needs more staff obviously and managers who get things updated and help instead of being overheard criticizing workers.

Every time I come here, cannot hear the person mumbled through the intercom, and then they just stop talking to you and won't answer again, and cannot take orders!

Didn’t mean to order from this location and will make sure not to again. I ordered the cluck combo with a shake. I went through the drive through for pick up and didn’t get my fries. When I went in asking for them she was overly nervous when I just wanted my fries, reaching for the register. By the time I got home I was even more disappointed with the sandwich. The chicken was mostly just over cooked breading and what little chicken was there was hard and near inedible. There was a dime sized dollop of sauce and pickles instead of jalapeños. Fries were cold too. Overall extremely disappointing experience and regret wasting my time and money.

So my husband went to pick us up some food. His sandwich was okay. Made right (he asked for no lettuce or tomato). I got a jumbo jack meal. Asked for no cheese, and all I wanted on it was mustard, onion and pickles. We also ordered a 3 piece egg roll with ranch to go with. My hubs was told they didn’t have sweet and sour which was cool because I like the egg rolls with ranch anyway. He got home and I had cheese on my hamburger (which he had requested not to have), it was SWIMMING in mustard, and had no onions. The fries were so cold they were inedible, and lo and behold we found 2 packages of sweet and sour In the bag and no ranch. Surprise surprise!!! How did they go from not having sweet and sour to being told I didn’t even want sweet and sour but to add 2 ranches to all of a sudden they find some sweet and sour to add to the bag that I didn’t even want!! So I find the phone number and try to call, and the only answer I got was a message saying the caller had a voice mailbox that hadn’t been set up yet.. so yeah.. reward them by giving them $20 an hour to not get a damn thing right, and then not even have to be accountable for ANYTHING because they haven’t set up a voice mailbox.. Way to go guys!! This… THIS is the way to get higher pay and repeat customers
