They are always out of stuff today they were out of cup holders and bags and I have to hold 3 cups of drink and drive If I have known I didn’t order drinks out of condiments no ketchup plain empty restaurant it means very bad management

We arrived to this location at about 11:15pm last night. This review is a little late! Lilliana took our order and was very kind. We were a part of 4, so the order was pretty large but she made sure that it was correct. When we got to the window we asked her about her night, and she explained that they were pretty swamped but still seemed enthusiastic. We pulled to the front to wait for our food and ended up waiting for about 10 minutes. The order was correct and she gave us enough sauce for everyone in the car. Food was also hot and fresh. Thanks so much!

I wouldn’t even give a one star if I could post without having to pick a star to post. This Jack in the Box is the worst to get a salad two time now they don’t get my salad right I ask for hot grill chicken and they keep giving me cold chicken and only a few tiny pieces of it. If you don’t have hot grill chicken then say you don’t have hot grill chicken! But to say yes and put cold chicken is just wrong!. And it’s a salad why are you so skimpy with the lettuce! So disappointed!

The milk shake machine seems to be down alot or just when I come by for one.
Great service and hot food even at dinner time. This crew is always good and cheap especially when you order with the app. Great deals like Free fries on Fridays , at least over the summer. Especially good deal when you are a cheap skate like me. I wish more fast food places had as good of deals. Breakfast, lunch any time 😊
If you are in the area it is a great place and the drive through is fast especially when ordering with the app.

Always go thru drive thru , morning lady and cook on most week days, is great always gets it right. Food and service depends on both cook and the one taking order ,5 stars for my mornings on the days they work lol ,the rest get 3 ,fries that have set ,and onions n pickles on burger 🍔 ,i get my bfast and lunch in the morning so I know it's right

The app deals are currently some of the best in fast food but with these wait times I'm not sure the savings are worth it. On my last visit I waited over an hour for 1 sandwich. Even outside of mealtime rushes you're still waiting 20+ minutes for your food. At this insane level of understaffing they must be losing more money to lost sales than they're saving on wages. Hire workers.

I ordered a spicy grilled wrap & was given the most random wrap I’ve ever seen. It wasn’t spicy I don’t even know what sauce they put & they put pickles in it? Instead of jalapeños. Either someone isn’t trained right or they just didn’t care either way do better it was disgusting.
