We ordered through drive through. They were very nice and we live about 2-3 min away. We got our food and drove home. My order cost about $31 or so with change and our good (2 fries, 4pc nuggets, 3 jr Jack's, and a sausage croissant were very cold.) Customer service was okay. But for paying $30+ I would expect more since expenses went up which is fine but experience should suffer example a hot meal that I am paying for

Truly amazed by the customer service. Went through the drive-thru today for lunch for a lunchie meal with my daughter, and we wanted to split it. I asked if they could cut the burger in half for us and they did! I'm still amazed they really listened! Thank you whoever cut it!

I put in an order, the worker taking my order was sooo sweet. They made sure to ask how I was doing at the speaker even before taking my order and told me to have a great day before even getting up to the window. They went out of her way to make sure my tacos weren’t crushed and had such a positive attitude and energy. 10/10 customer service and by far the best customer service I’ve seen at a fast food restaurant ever!!!

They are always out of stuff today they were out of cup holders and bags and I have to hold 3 cups of drink and drive If I have known I didn’t order drinks out of condiments no ketchup plain empty restaurant it means very bad management
We arrived to this location at about 11:15pm last night. This review is a little late! Lilliana took our order and was very kind. We were a part of 4, so the order was pretty large but she made sure that it was correct. When we got to the window we asked her about her night, and she explained that they were pretty swamped but still seemed enthusiastic. We pulled to the front to wait for our food and ended up waiting for about 10 minutes. The order was correct and she gave us enough sauce for everyone in the car. Food was also hot and fresh. Thanks so much!

I wouldn’t even give a one star if I could post without having to pick a star to post. This Jack in the Box is the worst to get a salad two time now they don’t get my salad right I ask for hot grill chicken and they keep giving me cold chicken and only a few tiny pieces of it. If you don’t have hot grill chicken then say you don’t have hot grill chicken! But to say yes and put cold chicken is just wrong!. And it’s a salad why are you so skimpy with the lettuce! So disappointed!
