I wouldn’t even give a one star if I could post without having to pick a star to post. This Jack in the Box is the worst to get a salad two time now they don’t get my salad right I ask for hot grill chicken and they keep giving me cold chicken and only a few tiny pieces of it. If you don’t have hot grill chicken then say you don’t have hot grill chicken! But to say yes and put cold chicken is just wrong!. And it’s a salad why are you so skimpy with the lettuce! So disappointed!

Great service and hot food even at dinner time. This crew is always good and cheap especially when you order with the app. Great deals like Free fries on Fridays , at least over the summer. Especially good deal when you are a cheap skate like me. I wish more fast food places had as good of deals. Breakfast, lunch any time 😊
If you are in the area it is a great place and the drive through is fast especially when ordering with the app.

Always go thru drive thru , morning lady and cook on most week days, is great always gets it right. Food and service depends on both cook and the one taking order ,5 stars for my mornings on the days they work lol ,the rest get 3 ,fries that have set ,and onions n pickles on burger 🍔 ,i get my bfast and lunch in the morning so I know it's right

The app deals are currently some of the best in fast food but with these wait times I'm not sure the savings are worth it. On my last visit I waited over an hour for 1 sandwich. Even outside of mealtime rushes you're still waiting 20+ minutes for your food. At this insane level of understaffing they must be losing more money to lost sales than they're saving on wages. Hire workers.

I ordered a spicy grilled wrap & was given the most random wrap I’ve ever seen. It wasn’t spicy I don’t even know what sauce they put & they put pickles in it? Instead of jalapeños. Either someone isn’t trained right or they just didn’t care either way do better it was disgusting.
Went through the drive-through. They took absolutely forever. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich no cheese no tomato two tacos and egg roll and a Vanilla Coke… By the time, I finally got my food. I was just ready to get out of there. I get partway home realize I never got my drink. They never gave me a receipt and my chicken sandwich had cheese and tomato. It’s like they’re too busy chitchatting Rather than working. They need to definitely pay better attention. I tried to call the number to the store and it’s a voicemail for someone there’s no one that ever picks up. Super disappointed I guess I’ll have to call corporate since their store doesn’t answer their phones

Just got done waiting over 35 minutes for a small order of two Jr. chicken sandwiches and two tacos. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes despite there only being 3 cars ahead of me. When I got to the window to pick up my mobile order I was told to park out front, which I did. I waited another 10-12 minutes with nobody else in the parking lot. Eventually went inside to go check the status of my order and was told "we'll get that started for you". So they completely forgot about me I guess. Ridiculous waste of time for a $6 order.

Food is good, but it's a waste of money if I pay for medium fries and dont even get what might be considered small. I get that they're curly fries and fit differently in the box than regular fries, but that doesnt mean I should get less than what I paid for.
